SEC 放行代币化美股 AMM，大多数人看到的是「美股上链」。
链上美股的玩法我跟了很久，从架构到数据层。我看到的是另一件事：链上美股会长出一种传统金融从来没有过的社交交易新范式。
两个我最感兴趣的方向：
1. 流动性变成看得见的对象 → 做市即观点。在集中流动性 AMM 里，一个 LP 的区间就是一句判断：‘我认为 NVDA 这个月在 200 到 240 之间’把一个池子里所有 LP 的区间叠起来，就是一条真金白银投出来的隐含分布，不靠期权，不靠 dealer。
谁在哪个区间放了多少钱，都能看见；他的区间可以跟，也可以排行。
再往前一步，甚至可能出现上市公司用 treasury 给自己的股票做 LP，比回购更细的资本工具，监管怎么接是看点。
2. 股票的社交图谱
公开的池地址和成交，让「持有 NVDA 的地址还在买什么」成为公共数据，形成股票的 holder graph。
Robinhood 的「买了 X 的人也买了 Y」是私有数据，这个是公共的、可寻址的、任何人都能建索引。
而每一个地址的仓位，都能变成设计讨论的对象。

昨天看 @0xBeyondLee 老师盘点 @EASYResidency，写得太全面了。
新一期 S5 马上开幕，而且就在泰国。作为第二季项目方，我来聊几个大家最关心的问题：
怎么加入 EASY Residency，入选后是什么体验，以及它到底对项目有什么帮助。
怎样加入 EASY Residency
加入 EASY，意味着你成为 @yzilabs 的被投项目，也就是某种意义上的“CZ 门生”。
这并不容易，但也不是完全没有方法。
先说一句，以下主要针对 Crypto 项目。AI 和其他赛道我不懂，不乱讲。
1. 基本功
现在的 EASY Residency，可以理解成 @cz_binance 的“梦想基金”。
它的核心不是找下一个“百倍币”，而是找到有能力、有想法，而且愿意长期折腾的人。
币圈发展到今天，从起项目、做产品、TGE、上所、做市值、拉 TVL，已经形成了一套相对成熟的产业链。
真正稀缺的，是把这些环节都经历过、而且现在还在一线持续搞事的人。
这也是 YZi “投项目就是投人”的原因：
这个项目未必成功，但这个团队、这个人，大概率早晚会成功。
比如 S4 的 SmartX @David_MetaWorld、XAPI @0xAA_Science、Xhunt @DeFiTeddy2020；
S3 的牛子液体 @cryptoxiao、蝴蝶 @eth_cedric；
S2 的 Predict Fun @dingalingts。
这些人的共同点，不是追到一个风口，而是长期愿意在币圈折腾，主观能动性极强。
不是游客。
所以如果你自己的资历还不够强，组队的时候尽量把拼图补齐，会非常重要。
2. 产品准备度
这个很看赛道。
目前大多数 DeFi 类别的入选团队，基本已经有可用产品，有些甚至已经跑出了不错的数据。
比如 S4 的 @elfomo_fi、@XStableAI、@SmartXTerminal。
但也不是所有项目都要求做到这个程度。
比如 RWA，尤其支付类项目，牌照和合规本来就需要很长周期，不可能要求一蹴而就。
3. 与 YZi 投资策略的契合度
YZi Labs 每一期 EASY Residency 之前都会提前公布主题。
比如 S5 的主题是：
“AI inside markets” AI 如何改变不同市场里的交易逻辑。
所以如果你做的是 AI 提升交易策略、执行效率、市场分析等等，当然都很切题。
但这里有一个问题：
谜底写在谜面上的方向一般都是最卷的。
每一期都会收到大量为了“切题”让 GPT 临时拼出来的项目，然后被批量过滤。
YZi 也不会希望 Demo Day 连着十几个一模一样的项目。
所以你需要顺着主题再挖一层。
如果“AI inside markets”真的成为新常态，那么市场里的发行、交易、做市三类参与者，行为会发生什么变化？又会产生什么新的需求？
能把场景给出来，再点出场景的刚需，那么只要场景值得“赌”，成功率就会高一截。
入选后的体验
EASY Residency 不是黑客松。
入选项目后，先是 5 周线上培训，导师会覆盖立项、发币、Pitch、GTM 等各个环节。
我们当年这一段是在新山 Network School。
一声叹息。
然后进入 5 周线下集训，一直到最后的 Demo Day。
我个人感觉，S4 比 S2 的线下共建更有生产力。
原因也很简单：
大家被“困”在不丹首都，周围没什么别的可干，只能每天集中精力想项目、搞建设。
在这一点上，EASY 团队表示：“选廷布这样‘清真’的城市真是太棒了，下次还干。”
Demo Day 的规格一般也很高。
YZi 会请很多知名机构负责人、大 KOL 现场听 Pitch。
比如这次有 1KX 的 @pet3rpan_ Capital 的 @arthur0x Spartan 的 Kelvin Koh、DCG 的 @BarrySilbert Dragonfly @tomhschmidt 等等。
甚至不丹国王也亲临现场。
所以 S4 可能也是历史上第一批直接对着国家元首 Pitch 的 Crypto 项目方。S5 Demo Day和Binance Blockchain Week同期举办，想必阵仗也不会小
实际上对项目有什么帮助？
简单说三点。
1. 冷启动
YZi 有时会直接牵头，帮项目在 EASY Residency 的毕业生网络里做第一波增长。
比如 @xhunt_ai 那次 Echo 活动。
同时 YZi 自己也会围绕 EASY 做不少曝光。
如果利用得好，至少可以帮你省掉一部分 Twitter 从 0 做到 3000 粉的冷启动成本。
2. 快速建立 VC 网络
整个 Program 会帮你接触很多机构和 Angel。
比如 S4 的 Sandeep 就相当积极。
当然有一说一，作为华人项目方，最后想真正 close 北美的钱，依然不容易。
EASY 能帮你把门打开，但不能替你把 cheque 拿回来。
3. 背书
这个其实最简单。
做过市场的人都知道：

Playing tennis again for the first time since having the flu. Tennis is genuinely brilliant for de-stressing, really works up a sweat, and is a brilliant form of exercise to keep up in the long run. I've been learning since the start of the year, and I've been getting out on the court once or twice a week whenever I've had the chance.
The road to building a startup is tough. Keeping a healthy body is the foundation for staying in the fight for the long haul, so I'd strongly encourage everyone to get out and play some tennis.
