Thanks but they have not specifically stated height means not XL and what about young dogs not quite at height but may well be later. A question I have posed to DEFRA.
Hi, Debbie. The official definition page here has been updated 👉 bit.ly/3QQtEZ3 where it states under height - from 20in or from 19in for females. There is also an added paragraph at the top which mentions minimum height measurements. Thanks. - Caroline

Where do these dogs go in the meantime?
Often police keep them, but according to expert @Debbie_Connolly at least 12 police forces are struggling for kennel space.
Rescue centres are also full and it will be illegal for them to rehome Bullys after 31 December anyway.
