.The delegation of journalists from Bihar and Chhattisgarh, on a press tour hosted by @PIBMumbai, visited the Naval Dockyard, Mumbai.
The delegation visited INS Chennai and gained insights into its indigenous capabilities, advanced technologies and operational prowess. Measuring 163 m in length and 17.4 m in breadth, with a displacement of 7,500 tonnes, the warship is among the most potent vessels constructed in India.
The journalists also visited the AC Drydock and the Naval Dockyard Heritage Museum, gaining insights into India’s naval heritage.

Air Chief Marshal AP Singh led the formation flying the Tejas LCA as Eagle One with the CoS JASDF flying in the twin seater version.
