It lets two parties create an immutable onchain proof for agreements like loans, borrowed items, payments, services, and custom arrangements. Once it's confirmed onchain, the record can't be altered. Each time you buy a stock, you buy three things at once. ➞ A safe floor at the bottom. ➞ The normal ups and downs in the middle, and ➞ The big upside on top. The market glues them together and sells them at one price, so you are forced to buy all three, even when you only want one. Hanko splits a tokenized stock into three tokens you can hold on their own.
