After more than a year in detention without a conclusive trial on the charges of allegedly stealing a smartphone and a jumper in Lwengo, 2 of the 4 civilian bodyguards of President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu
@HEBobiwine—Gaddafi Mugumya and Smart Grace Wakabi—are finally reuniting with their families after the Masaka High Court granted bail of Shs 5 million cash to each of them.
The other two, Eddie Mutwe and Archilleo Kivumbi, will remain in custody over separate charges before the Kanyanya Magistrate’s Court in Kawempe Division, where they are accused of participating in an unlawful military drill.
