The
$SLIPPY Thesis 🐍
I think
@Slippyclub could be the solana:2zMMhcVQEXDtdE6vsFS7S7D5oUodfJHE8vd1gnBouauv moment of the
@RobinhoodApp ecosystem.
Not because of one breadcrumb.
Because when you put all the pieces together, the bigger picture starts to make sense.
🐍 Why Slippy?
Crypto has already proven that characters can become massive internet-native IP.
DOGE proved memes can become assets.
PENGU showed how a crypto-native character can evolve into a token, brand, products and mainstream culture.
Slippy feels built for the next iteration:
Meme first → Character second → Ecosystem later.
And the snake feels almost too perfect.
Snakes shed their skin. They represent rebirth, transformation and evolution — exactly the kind of narrative that fits Robinhood moving deeper on-chain.
🎨 Then there's Antoine Mingo
Antoine publicly building Slippy and describing it as an “internet-native character brand” completely changed how I looked at the project.
You don't need this level of character design and world-building for a temporary memecoin.
And then the universe starts expanding:
Doomer • 1-800-NO-ARMS • personalities • the egg • Rainbow Slippy • hatching/evolution • Ouroboros • “the snake feeds itself” • artifacts instead of images
That starts looking less like random meme content and more like intentional world-building.

#NFT 2.0
This is where my theory gets interesting.
What if the endgame isn't another collection of JPEGs?
Imagine:
Physical cards → on-chain artifacts → scan/claim → NFT → usable in-game → evolve/collect/trade →
$SLIPPY economy
The meme becomes the distribution mechanism for an entire character economy.
🌈 Then there's
@beeple
The repeated rainbow/full-spectrum imagery, recursion themes and now literally:
“ARE NFTS BACK?”
The timing is fascinating.
It proves nothing about a Beeple × Slippy connection.
But if Beeple eventually creates an official Slippy NFT/artifact?
That would be a massive cultural moment.
🟢 And then Robinhood
This is the biggest speculative piece.
If Vlad eventually embraces Slippy publicly and Robinhood gives the character meaningful distribution, suddenly the structure looks incredibly powerful:
Antoine → character + design
Beeple → art + NFT culture
@vladtenev / Robinhood → distribution + ecosystem
Community → memes + attention
$SLIPPY → economic layer
⏳ The timing
You wouldn't reveal the whole machine on day one.
Launch the meme → build the cult → establish the character → expand the lore → introduce personalities → tease artifacts → reveal products/integrations
Layer by layer.
And Slippy keeps telling us essentially the same thing:
It's early.
If this interpretation is remotely close, Slippy isn't trying to compete with the average memecoin.
It's potentially sitting at the intersection of:
#MEMES ×
#NFT 2.0 ×
#COLLECTIBLES ×
#GAMING ×
#TOKENIZATION ×
#FINTECH
A successful meme can become worth hundreds of millions.
A successful global character/IP ecosystem can become worth billions.
Of course, Beeple/Vlad/Robinhood involvement remains speculation unless publicly confirmed.
But my thesis is simple:
PENGU had its moment.
I think Robinhood's on-chain era could have its own.
And I think that moment might be called SLIPPY. 🐍
Meme → attention
Character → attachment
Artifacts → ownership
Game → utility
Ecosystem → distribution
And if the dots really connect:
$SLIPPY isn't the product.
Slippy is.
