That’s a really insightful point you made here @MekondjoKondja maybe men don’t always need to be around 24/7 immediately after a woman gives birth, but the best support is knowing when to step back and being there when you’re actually needed.
There's no need for any man to be near a women who just gave birth. By nature the female species isolates to ensure the safety of the vulnerable and delicate newborn. Traditionally, women have always stayed indoors until the baby opens its eyes, and continue to be in the company of older women (primarily their mothers or aunties). When the baby is little, mothers are overly sensitive (rightfully so for the safety of the baby), their emotions are all over the place and may exaggerate things easily. Unfortunately that's for themselves to overcome as part of nature. Doesnt require men like women think. They should be angry at God. If a man is there he'll have to be a sponge for all the emotions, frustrations etc of the woman, which destroys attraction and reduces interst because men naturally don't have such coping mechanisms. They may store but just to explode later. Men remain clumsy and aggressive by conduct to be around newborns. We must stop imitating whites as they're by far the humans who deviated the furtherst from nature. Women should remain getting their money. In fact, it should be increased to 6 months with full pay.

How do you build work experience? I meet many young professionals who are ambitious and eager to grow. They want the bigger assignments. They want to lead projects. They want strategic exposure. They want to move quickly. And I understand that ambition. But I often explain work experience using something I know very well: running. When I started running, I couldn't simply decide that I wanted to run a marathon and start with 42.2 km. I had to build towards it. You start with 3 km, then 5 km, then 10 km. Your body adapts, you learn your pace. You build endurance, you have bad runs and you recover. You try again. Eventually, you can handle distances that once looked impossible. Your career works the same way. Sometimes the small assignment you have been given feels beneath where you think you should be. But that assignment could be your 5 km. Do it well. Learn the system, understand the process. Ask questions, make mistakes ans take the feedback. Do it again. If you cannot consistently handle the 5 km, why should someone trust you with the marathon? Experience cannot be rushed. You build it. One assignment at a time, one mistake at a time, one lesson at a time and one bigger responsibility at a time. Don't despise your 5 km because you have your eyes on the marathon. Run the distance you are on and run it well. Your opportunity to go further will come. #MyCareerMyBusiness #CareersInNamibia #CareersInAfrica #JobFinderCoach #CoachedByLisa #RewritingCareerStories #PeopleFirst #IMPACT #OwnYourJourney #ProfessionalGrowth #CareersTips

Theres nothing out there that will ever make me stop believing that God is real or believing in God. I have seen God’s work, so many times. My faith grows stronger every single day.

I am just realizing now, we struggle to accept people’s preferences because we automatically consider it as an attack or discrimination on what they don’t prefer 🤣. For e.g. I say “I like running”. One here will jump in and say, “What do you have against us that walk?” 🤣🤣🤣

It was revealed that Dolly Parton was secretly battling cancer but she didn't say anything and instead released this song as one of her last to raise funds for children with cancer. Even while she was sick she was still thinking about others. I’m absolutely devastated.
