From the recent struggles faced by our steelworkers in Port Talbot to every single sector we represent, our strength doesn't just come from our numbers, it comes from our solidarity.

At our #StrongUnionStrongFuture conference, delegates explored the challenges and opportunities facing workers and communities through two lively fringe events. Discussions ranged from developing digital skills to supporting local communities through industrial transition. The rooms were packed, the conversations were powerful and the energy from delegates and speakers was outstanding. A huge thank you to our brilliant speakers, including @SKinnock, @Jude_KD, @ThomasCollinge and @Google for sharing their expertise. We are also grateful to our delegates for bringing the passion, thoughtful questions and enthusiasm that make our union so strong.

As the Minister for Employment Rights, Kate is now personally responsible for delivering the Employment Rights Act, the biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in a generation.
