that's the game of crypto always buying low, selling high, then hoping to get back in when others are more desperate than ever. nobody knows for sure if that's just good strategy or pure psychology
There is no top and bottom to him. There is the ability to buy and the inability to buy. He is not making a trade. He is accumulating bitcoin. And nobody is doing it better or faster than him.
Why, what else would he do, never buy again because he sold a tiny bit at the bottom to pay for some liabilities? I am surprised he hasn't already started buying it all back in 1-2 big moves.
