Scouting Advice on Evaluating NBA Draft Prospects "Build your intuition for what a good prospect looks like... Players fail in the NBA for lacking skills where there's an identical player who succeeded – you have to find what made somebody lose. You are actually trying to cut off the bottom before you try to predict the top" – @NileHoops 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 from @beyondtheRK

Josh Tyson is one of the players in 2027 I'm highest on relative to consensus. Tyson possesses an incredibly well rounded skillset, capable of table setting for teammates and he should be able to eventually guard 1-3 with his monster 6'9 wingspan. Future pro in my eyes
NEWS: 4⭐️ Josh Tyson has committed to Cincinnati, he told @Rivals. The 6-2 point guard and top-60 overall recruit in the 2027 class chose the Bearcats over Xavier. on3.com/rivals/news/4-star-p…

I think the answer to the question of “how does x team stay lucky with 3pt defense” is we should consider closeout *threat* in the same way you can space just with the threat of shooting. Some teams close out so fast that the shooter feels always at risk of being contested.

Of the 14 most recent players who measured <=175 pounds at the Combine, Tyler Tanner had: - The most dunks, 3.8x median - The most rim attempts, 2.0x median - The highest free throw rate, 1.7x median Remains one of the most fascinating prospects I’ve scouted.
Small guards are an endangered species in today's NBA. Tyler Tanner and Chance Mallory are here to prove they're not extinct. New at Swish Theory! A collaboration between @AtTheLevel and @MaxiMonster111. ⬇️ READ BELOW ⬇️

This is revolting. Listen to nurses before it's too late.
We spoke to the nurses fighting to purge Palantir from one of the largest hospital chains in the country. The surveillance company makes billions in contracts with ICE and the U.S. military. Now it’s expanding into the big business of health care — extending its influence to roughly 1 out of every 5 hospital beds in America. HCA nurses warn its AI algorithms are making staff shortages worse, maximizing corporate profits while patient care suffers.

jordan smith jr. is one of the best high school guard defenders i've scouted in some time, with elite skills and traits in multiple phases of the game. his rim protection for a guard is especially stellar, which I covered below. go check out the full video, it would make my day!
