“Ten slow bodyweight squats. Five push-ups. A two-minute walk outside. Five deep nasal breaths.” This is my granny’s morning working.
I do not do an intense workout first thing in the morning. I used to. I thought more was always better. What I do now is five minutes of movement that costs nothing and changes everything about how I feel for the next three hours. Ten slow bodyweight squats. Five push-ups. A two-minute walk outside. Five deep nasal breaths. That is it. What this does is raise body temperature, circulate blood, clear residual cortisol from sleep, and signal to your nervous system that the day is starting with intention.

Five push-ups is a limit set for you, though.
