While I appreciate the intention, it can’t fix anything and is in my mind a distraction and a waste of time.
The reality is that 59% of Canadian voters are fiscally-illiterate leftwing supporters and they will continue to vote us into poverty.
Alberta’s population is half of Québec’s and a third of Ontario’s, which means that we’ll never get to the number of seats required to pull the credit card away from the power-drunk euro-wannabe socialists.
If Albertans aren’t awake by October 19th, the only solution will be to accelerate the decline.

Canada’s fertility rate is now 1.26 children per woman — tied for the lowest EVER recorded.
We have created a system that is IMPOSSIBLE for young mothers. BOTH parents have to work to afford shelter, food and transportation.... but we force them on crappy transit into garbage offices.
School pickups are at 3, but work is until 430. Its IMPOSSIBLE.
And what does our society do? They force them on to SSRIs because there is no rational way to cope with impossible situations.
The main difference here is that in past generations one parent could stay home or work part-time. This is NO longer possible for most.
Our standard of living has dropped so much that the only expense that can be dropped is having children.
This is a failed society.

Statistics Canada reports that 27.8% of Canadians aged 45 and older had difficulty accessing specialist care, which works out to roughly 4.5 million people. That is just the first consultation, before any test or treatment begins.
The knock-on effect is the part that gets missed. Among middle-aged adults who struggled to reach both a family doctor and a specialist, 54.4% went without care they needed.
Countries like France and Australia, which have better-performing public systems, treat patients through a mix of government and non-government providers, and their patients get in faster. Canada can borrow what works without giving up universal coverage.
