Toliko o tome da se nije znalo: čak se i djela dubrovačkih autora nalaze na popisu hrvatskih knjiga koje su Hrvati kupovali na Rivi od Hrvata u Veneciji. Među njima i priručnik za učenje jezika: „Nacin za mochi nauciti yedan putnik Latinin, slovingski jezih, a Hervat italianski“.
