100's of acres of canola fields flowering along the drive to an appointment are bright, vibrant and heart warming💜 #RuralVictoria

I drive from Melbourne to Shepparton a lot lately. The canola fields the last few months are absolutely glorious. The colour fills me with joy.

Coming home on the G’town train last wk, a young woman asked about the canola fields. She had never seen anything like it and was entranced by the beauty. Makes you look twice!

I remember back when I was a kid - the road to wagga had alternating canola and Patterson's curse. Quite the sight. Looks like they have the Patterson's curse mostly under control now
