My 80 y/o mum has been waiting in A&E at the Ulster Hospital for over 4hrs with a suspected stroke (sent by GP) She still hasn’t been assessed, no bloods taken, and the department feels like a war zone. This is simply unacceptable. Patients deserve better @setrust @mikenesbittni
