ROBLOX REACHED OUT TO IRAQI AUTHORITIES
Communications Minister Mustafa Sund explained that the blocking of the game "Roblox" was based on a decision by a judge and a previous committee. Communications with Roblox resulted in its full compliance with all security requirements, including preventing chat and monitoring violations. It was therefore decided that the ban would continue for only one week before Roblox is reopened under standards intended to protect Iraqi families.
He called on Iraqi families to play their role in supervising their children's devices and using the internet responsibly.
Roblox will be banned in Iraq again on October 3rd
The unban was temporary for summer break, and now that the new academic year is starting, Roblox will be banned again

كشف وزير الاتصالات العراقي مصطفى سند اليوم أن شركة Roblox تواصلت مع الجهات العراقية، وأبدت استعدادها للامتثال للمتطلبات الأمنية، والتي تشمل منع الدردشة ومتابعة المخالفات.
وبحسب الوزير، تقرر أن يستمر حجب Roblox لمدة أسبوع واحد فقط، على أن يتم بعد ذلك إعادة فتح المنصة وفق الضوابط المتفق عليها.
