Wait someone found a counter example to the Jacobi conjecture? 🤯
hello there the jacobian conjecture is false thanx to my close friend akhil for asking about it and my other close friend fable for working during the world cup final ((1+xy)^3 z + y^2 (1+xy) (4+3xy), y + 3 x (1+xy)^2 z + 3 x y^2 (4+3xy), 2 x - 3 x^2 y - x^3 z): \C^3\to \C^3, has jacobian determinant -2, and sends (0, 0, -1/4), (1, -3/2, 13/2), and (-1, 3/2, 13/2) to (-1/4, 0, 0)

Rumor mill is right. As of now now every tokenized-stock venue wants your ID. This is a data privacy problem and a composability issue. That may be about to end. Our sources are telling us that the plan is a zero-knowledge KYC passport verified at the issuer level, then reusable across every tokenized securities venue. Your wallet carries a stamp proving you're cleared, without exposing your name, jurisdiction or ID. You can bridge, swap, and trade across all venues onchain without needing to KYC multiple times. Would be huge.

100% this, although I'd also say that ZK tech is potentially a silver bullet for a related problem: the tension between AML and privacy. The expansion and proliferation of KYC requirements isn't very effective, and is creating endless honeypots of data as more and more businesses are required to retain ever more intrusive data on their customers and clients.

Rumor mill is saying the SEC is gearing up to revamp KYC requirements so users only need to KYC once to access tokenized securities onchain. Our sources are saying this would enable composability across different onchain venues & tokenization platforms to let users clear more volume by splitting orders across venues using a zk based identity system.

Opacity had been ahead of the curve the whole time.
Amazing to see this from a speech by none other than @HesterPeirce from earlier today. The keys to the castle for making regulated finance composable through smart contract environments is the nature of CIP (what normies call KYC) and the incentives around the core obligations. KYC once and use everywhere is exactly what we’re building at @OpacityLabs. Stay tuned for more.

There's a lot you can build with zkTLS. We're building to make the biggest impact for onchain finance, capital markets, and global access to both.

NEW: The Trump administration is exploring an initiative to promote dollar-backed stablecoins abroad, according to Bloomberg. The US government is looking at supporting stablecoin projects through joint ventures with private firms to reinforce the dollar's dominance and boost demand for US Treasuries.

Verify once, reuse everywhere. 🙏 @HesterPeirce @SECGov. AJAX let web2 pull data without reloading the page: IYKYK. zkTLS lets web3 pull verified facts without reloading the identity stack. One piece of middleware unleashed web2. The other will unleash web3. Central to our thesis @finalitycap since day 1 and why we backed @EulerLagrange and @OpacityNetwork.
