Your crew is great at the work. Nobody on a roof wants to do paperwork. So the paperwork doesn't get done. Hours get guessed on Friday. The update about the busted trailer comes in a text at 9 PM, if it comes at all. The office ends up chasing people just to find out what happened today. We built AZUS Field so the crew doesn't have to type anything. 📷 Tap once and say what happened: "Starting on the North Yard roof", "Heading to lunch", "Trailer 44-3 has a flat." 📷 The timesheet builds itself from those same words: shift start, lunch, finish. No forms. 📷 The office gets a clean report: what, where, which equipment, and whether it's urgent. 📷 No signal? Keep talking. Notes wait on the phone and go through once you're back in range. 📷 Sunlight mode, so the screen is readable at noon on a job site. One sentence in, a clean record out. Coming to iPhone and Android. If you run field crews and you're tired of chasing updates, let's talk 📷 field.azus.ai #construction #fieldservice #contractors #timetracking #roofing #jobsite #constructiontech

🔥Don't you wish your AI would show you the receipt for everything it ruled out? Westfield Innovations - Developer Report - October 2, 2026 Friday's build changed how the memory answers a question. It can now say what it found, prove what it ruled out, and refuse to let weak evidence decide anything. Memory retrieval A memory that other evidence has contradicted is now left out of results, while the contradicting evidence stays reachable, with no extra query. Retrieval now names its finding instead of handing back a ranked list: one entity, an equivalent group, ambiguous, unknown, impossible, absent, or measurement needed. When candidates are ruled out, retrieval can write a certificate for each exclusion and the boundary that caused it. The certificate is append-only and protected against later edits to the database. Answer resolution A request can now state what is locked, what is open, what evidence is required, and what counts as done. Each candidate is marked satisfied, contradicted, or unreadable, so missing evidence stays open instead of counting as a no. A measurement carries the window in which it was valid and is checked against the moment in question, so a stale reading can't settle an answer. Ruling a candidate out requires evidence above a declared confidence floor. Locks now cover identity, time intervals, measurement envelopes, whether travel was feasible, exclusivity, and reachability, and each lock records what it tested. A run finishes when no remaining candidate could change the outcome, not only when one is left. When several remain, the system picks the single question that would split the largest group, rather than asking for everything at once. A test harness shows what each lock eliminated, and a wrongly excluded candidate is treated as the primary warning sign. Life Radar and PLC The historical time axis shipped to stage. On the controller side, the read interface moved to stage, an undecodable tag is now reported as invalid instead of skipped, every value carries the moment it was actually read, and each gateway reports which bridge build it is running. The bench network moved to a supported private link with nothing exposed to the public internet. AZUS Field Starting an assigned task now opens the shift automatically. Account recovery uses a six-digit code with session revocation. Basic, Standard, and Premium plans are live in production with feature gating and worker and site limits, and incoming field voice notes stay unblocked on every plan. Errors now read as plain sentences, and emails carry the AZUS Field branding. → Weak evidence can't rule anything out. Strong evidence leaves a receipt. #LLM #RAG #Developer #AIMemory #Reasoning

Developer Report - Westfield Innovations - October 1, 2026 I'm proud of this report. Thursday's build made the memory's past trustworthy: replay now shows what was true and what was predicted at the time, not a recalculation from today. Life Radar time axis 📡⏱️ Scrub back to any moment and the relationships shown are the ones actually active then, so a later or already-ended connection never shows up in the wrong period. Playback now uses the prediction recorded at that moment instead of recalculating it from today's path, which means a past prediction can be compared fairly with what really happened. A relationship that comes back after a long quiet stretch starts a new interval and keeps its earlier history. Closed relationships stay visible as faded bands instead of vanishing. All six relationship readings in the specification are now produced by the system. One note on the numbers: predictions run on 90-day windows, so the first automatic scoring lands in late December, and an empty result before then is expected. Sharing and data collection Per-memory sharing now reaches the data side too. Readings can differ by who is asking, so visibility follows the requester. Automatic collection now has a dollar budget per entity instead of a cap on post counts, which holds steady when individual posts cost different amounts. Command history for the PLC Every command sent to a controller now keeps its replies, the state of the gateway when it was issued, and a trace of the response. That means a later dispute can be investigated from the record instead of from memory. Old gateway history is thinned on a schedule so it doesn't grow without limit. Security and reliability Abusive request patterns are rate limited, a session can be revoked immediately, and each company's data is isolated at the database level. Audio jobs that get stuck now recover on their own, and a failed event can be replayed safely. Production storage no longer uses long-lived access keys. It uses server roles, so there is no stored key to leak. Field reports and team chat now translate between languages in the background. Mobile and admin The mobile app now has five tabs, a centered record button, themes with a sunlight mode, and switching between workspaces without signing out. Admin gained profile settings, billing under Company, and an Active/Inactive filter for sites. → The past, shown as it was predicted, not as it turned out. #LLM #RAG #Developer #AIMemory #Security

Probably a large impact. $TSLA is one of my bigger holdings. It’s not public (yet) but Westfield Innovations is my largest investment! It will be my best investment ever if things flow like they currently are.
I'll go out on a limb and say $TSLA FSD is the AI technology that made the biggest impact on lives of normies

Developer Report - Westfield Innovations - September 30, 2026 Wednesday's build made memory replay honest, tightened who a memory can be shared with, and turned field work orders into something a worker can run by voice. Memory playback The memory map can now be rebuilt as it stood at any past moment, using when each memory and connection joined. Scrub the timeline back and the map shows what was there then, and a memory that was later deleted stays deleted instead of reappearing. The whole timeline loads in one request and is revealed locally as the playhead moves, and every panel uses the same time rules, so they never disagree. The limits are stated plainly: membership is rebuilt from the past, while pressures, tags, and weights are still today's measurements. Graph size and location Graph size is capped inside the query itself, and when a result is cut short it says so, so a partial map is never mistaken for a full one. Playback has its own request budget, so heavy scrubbing can't starve the live field view. Memories now have reserved room for a location, but nothing can write one. A guard fails the build if any code tries, so location collection will need a deliberate design and a consent path. Sharing and privacy A memory is now shared only with the audiences its author names, not automatically with every connected team. Content classification can narrow what an author chose, but can never widen it. The stricter rule sits behind a switch that can be turned back without a new release. We also found and fixed a test setup that passed only because its recipients were inactive. Work orders in the field Work orders now track a trailer visit, its job lines, and who may mark each one complete. Workers start and finish a job line by speech, with a safety check when the audio is ambiguous. An assignment reaches the worker's phone at once and appears live on the dashboard. Labor hours are written to a ledger that can't be edited afterward. Production passed more than 1,200 automated tests. Data collection Every posture decision can now explain its path and which input change would flip it. Backfills estimate their cost before pulling data, collection paces itself to the platform's limits, and automatic collection has daily spending caps. A nightly check removes derived text tied to content the platform took down. Admin One Work page now holds tasks, order lines, and work orders, with a drag-and-drop board. → Shared only with who the author names. Replayed only as it was. #LLM #RAG #Developer #Privacy #AIMemory

Developer Report - Westfield Innovations - September 29, 2026 Tuesday's build taught the memory to say where something is heading and how sure it is, and pushed the field app closer to launch. Vector nodes Queries can now find memories moving toward a target, not just sitting near it. The new term is switched on at zero weight, so every existing score stays exactly as it was, and a test turns it on to confirm that things heading toward the target rank above things heading away. Predictions now return a range instead of one point. The range comes from how much a memory's recent headings have wandered, so it widens the further ahead we look. A memory with a single measurement gets no projection at all, because one point can't show direction. Older headings count less, and the original measurements are never rewritten as they age. Pairs of memories whose ranges are closing on each other are now detected, but only when every relevant axis agrees, not when one of eight happens to line up. The limits are written down: there is no stored prediction history yet, so curvature can't be measured. Signal clustering Related posts are now grouped by meaning, not shared keywords. Clusters are ranked by how many independent authors raised them, not by how many posts, and echo filtering keeps coordinated bots from counting as a crowd. Cluster labels are versioned, so a changed label can be traced, and clusters can be rebuilt after a label change without collecting anything again. One event can now belong to several entities when the reading concerns more than one. Field tasks and assets Managers can create a task, assign it, and track it through to verified completion. Cancelling requires a reason, and the history can't be tampered with. Workers get a My Tasks list that works offline and sends private push notifications. Equipment nicknames now map straight to official billing codes, time can be tracked against a piece of equipment, and there is a Hours by Asset report. The live board shows each worker's verified last contact. Custom company vocabulary improves speech recognition for each company's own terms. Launch readiness Store listings, privacy answers, review notes, screenshots, and test-distribution setup are prepared. The public site now has its landing, privacy, support, and account-deletion pages. → A prediction should say where it's heading, and how sure it is. #LLM #RAG #Developer #Engineering #AIMemory

I’m looking forward to digging in! I’ve noticed you had your head down for a few weeks. This must be why. Let’s go.
$IonQ The past three weeks have been exhausting in the depth of the FOI’s relentless research to dive deeper on quantum geopolitical matters especially connected to China and Russia. Respectfully, I understand the majority of friends here will glance at these particular reports whereas the institutional viewers that represent 94-97% of readership for these reports dive deep. This said - the magnitude of what we will soon share is incredibly substantial. I am a significant shareholder of IonQ by any standard. And the reason I am is this: we challenge our positions day in and day out. For the IonQ community, you’ve never read me share these words before: I am extremely excited to share some important news very soon. I believe this will be very meaningful to all shareholders.

Happy Sunday! Something to read with your coffee.
Developer Report - Westfield Innovations - Sept 17, 2026 The first physical PLC integration is built. AZUS can now talk to an industrial controller over Modbus — with a typed tag registry, an explicit write allowlist so it can only touch the outputs it's been authorized to touch, and addressing loaded straight from the controller vendor's own export files. A local simulator lets the team develop and test without hardware in the loop, and a watchdog-reset detector flags any unexplained bit clear instead of letting it pass as normal. That's the controlled path from reasoning to real machinery: read first, write only what's on the list, and log what you can't explain. The state layer got dramatically leaner. Storage now records only actual changes — on a 10,000-tick test with a 1% change rate, stored values dropped from 30,000 to 82, a 366× reduction, with the full history still reconstructable from bounded checkpoints instead of a replay of everything. Retrieval now runs five elimination stages before any expensive comparison; in a 2,000-candidate test, only 400 reached the costly stage. And those stages only eliminate — they never manufacture a match when nothing survives. Real payments are live. The full subscription flow was tested in provider test mode, a plan/payment mismatch was caught and fixed there, the flow was verified end to end, and then the switch was flipped. Plan upgrades and switching are self-service now. For the field: workers can see their own clock-in/out history and daily hour totals in the mobile app, with a live recording indicator and a high-contrast mode for bright sun. ☀️ → First live bridge to industrial hardware. #LLM #RAG #Developer #IndustrialAI #Compliance #SoftwareArchitecture

Westfield Witness — the Pump House, live This is Demian Pasternak's work on a system I designed, and I'm posting his report as he wrote it to me. Demian is one of our full-time, full-stack developers; the rest of the team is behind this work too, and the screenshots are his words. What you're looking at Westfield Witness is our record system in development. It runs on the same architecture as AZUS Field, our job-and-hours app — one architecture, two levels of scrutiny. Field captures work the way an industry expects it captured. Witness is built so the record holds up in court. The first thing Witness is watching is my own water well. I built the pump house as the test bed: a small industrial controller — a PLC — runs the pump and keeps the tank full, and I programmed it. Demian built the bridge beside it, so AZUS can read what the controller sees and ask it for things. The PLC still decides. Every request leaves a record of what happened. That's the design. What it does now AZUS reads the pump house live, answers questions about it in chat, and can ask for the pump or the fill. When my PC restarted and the bridge went down for a day, the well never noticed. The PLC never depends on the bridge. The bridge only reads and asks. What we learned on real hardware Four things, and none of them show up in a simulation: The controller stores decimal numbers in the opposite word order from what we assumed. Sensor jitter alone was writing 40,000 rows a day until we filtered it. My pump cycles about 15 times a day, which set how often we record pressure. One dropped request on a flaky line used to clear AZUS's request. Now it doesn't. What's next A small router in the pump house gives the team a private tunnel to the controller, so they can read and write to it directly and my PC can go to sleep. The router dials out; nothing on my network is exposed. The same setup is headed for pressure-test records at an oilfield service yard. That's the report. The architecture is Westfield's. The bridge, the four lessons, and the write-up are Demian's. This is what the inside of the company looks like. #WestfieldInnovations #AZUS #WestfieldWitness #PLC #IndustrialAI #Oilfield
