#BREAKING Cavondre Akens has been sentenced to more than 14 years in federal prison. Akens is one of two men who used Facebook Marketplace ads to lure dozens of victims to their apartment complex to rob them. They would carjack their unsuspecting victims, kidnap them, and take them to an ATM where they were forced to withdraw money at gunpoint. Akens' cohort Anthony Anderson was sentenced last month to six years in federal prison.
