The first-ever Packers-Falcons encounter — 1966 Week 7 in Milwaukee The matchup between one of NFL history's greatest teams in the midst of their dynasty against a first-year expansion team went exactly as one would expect. Green Bay won in a laugher, 56-3. It remains the Packers' most lopsided win in franchise history and was their highest point total of the Vince Lombardi Era. Dominant in all phases: 8 sacks, 4 interceptions, 2 pick-sixes, 3 rushing TDs, 2 passing TDs, and a 77-yard punt return for a score by rookie Donny Anderson.
