Every number below is from the deskโs own code or from full runs on a fork of Robinhood Chain, against the live Uniswap v4 pool manager and the live AAPL/USDG pool, with real Stock Tokens bought on the venue.

A Stock Token trades in a pool, and a pool is only as deep as the money placed beside its price. The market maker we shipped gives one person a private vault and an agent to keep it beside the price.
Harmonic Depth is that machine for many hands at once. One book per stock. Anyone puts in dollars and the stock, takes shares as the receipt, and the agent keeps the whole book beside the price with the same arithmetic.
Nobody can take your share, and leaving is one transaction your wallet signs alone.
The first book is live: AAPL against USDG, on the deepest hookless pool the chain has for it, at 0x926380c051d6a76c7d6b59d3982b680be01ffcce. Verified on Sourcify as an exact match and on the chainโs own explorer.

A share is the same fraction of every range in the book and of every idle balance.
โ buying in adds that fraction to every range, rounded up in what you pay
โ leaving removes that fraction from every range, rounded down in what you take
โ so the book never owes more than it holds, and nobodyโs timing takes from anybody else
โ the first depositor opens the book with a band the poolโs own tape chooses, and holds every share until somebody else buys in
On the fork, a wallet opened the AAPL book with 2,510.919639 USDG and 7.945618 AAPL and took 3,110,387,663,759,592 shares, equal to the liquidity placed.
A second buy of 250 dollars was quoted as 121.15056 USDG and 0.383372 AAPL, and the chain took 121.15056 USDG and 0.383371914685844644 AAPL.
The quote is what the contract charges, to the unit.

The agent is lent one verb, rebalance: four ticks and an amount. There is no address anywhere in it.
โ at most a fifth of the book in any rolling day
โ never to a price more than sixteen times from the live one
โ a move is paid for only by what the moved range already held; there is no swap
โ earnings settle once a day: a tenth to the operations wallet, the rest kept in the book for every share
โ a guardian, a personโs key, can pause the moves and replace the manager. It cannot touch an exit

A private vault follows the pool it sits in, and its owner chose that pool. A book many people hold is placed by one hot key, so it must not follow a pool that has been pushed off the stockโs real price.
Before every move the desk reads the issuerโs own print for the stock. If the pool sits more than 1.50% off that print, or the print is stale, or the underlying is halted, the book holds still and says why.
On a weekend the last print stands, so a pool that drifts is simply not followed until they agree.
On the fork, with the pool 1.99% off the print, the desk said:
โthe pool sits 1.99% off the issuerโs price of $335.85, past the 1.50% band, so the book holds still rather than follow a dislocation.โ
A halted stock is held whatever the pool says.

Against the real pool manager on a fork of the chain, twice: once from the deskโs own calldata, once through the website itself with a wallet clicking every button.
โ a fresh wallet opened the book from the page, paying exactly what the page had quoted
โ a second buy of 250 dollars paid exactly the quote, in both tokens
โ the manager parked a tenth of the book 3,054 ticks below the price by hand, about 36% away
โ the deskโs own cycle, reading the issuerโs live print, settled the book first and then moved the parked slice back to 1.2% under the price, paid for by what the slice held, every unit of liquidity still in the book
โ the next cycle moved nothing: โthe price is inside the book, and a range that is working is not improved by being touchedโ
โ half the shares left and received exactly the quote: 1,316.035097 USDG and 4.164494981205664891 AAPL
โ then everything left, and the book read back empty. The wallet ended within 4 millionths of a dollar and 5 wei of AAPL of where it began, the poolโs own rounding
โ the page was driven at phone width and desktop width, and never scrolled sideways

A shared book is a market maker. It is paid for the back and forth, and in a straight line up it ends holding dollars, in a straight line down it ends holding the stock. It has no swap, so it cannot pretend otherwise.
The oracle band does not change that. It stops the book following a pool that has been pushed off the real price; it does not stop the stock from falling.
Anyone who tells you a shared liquidity book cannot end a bad week behind simply holding is telling you something else.

The planner is the market makerโs, and its theorem stands: a move never needs more than the old range frees and never lands on the other side of the price. Machine-checked in Lean 4.
Two rules of this deskโs own are in the bank and queued to the same prover, recomputed at every boot:
โ a buyer never pays less than a leaver of the same shares receives, in either token, and the whole supply out never takes more than the book holds. 400 generated books, every one
โ the book holds still exactly when the print is missing, stale or halted, or the pool sits past the band; widening the band never turns a permitted move into a hold; a pool at the print always moves. 208 verdicts, every one
The bank stands at 121 of 121 checks at boot. โQueuedโ is not โprovedโ, and this post says which is which.
The contract itself is verified: an exact match of creation and runtime bytecode on Sourcify, and verified in full on the chainโs own explorer. Read every line it can run.

โ swap for you, or hold your key
โ promise a return. There is no rate on this page and there will not be one
โ follow a pool that has left the issuerโs print behind
โ open more than one book per stock. AAPL is the first and, today, the only one
โ pretend to a track record. The book is empty as this is posted, and the first deposit is the first live one
๐ฌ๐ต. ๐ช๐๐๐ง ๐๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ง๐ฆ
10% of what the book earns, and nothing when it earns nothing.
Never a cut of the deposit. The fee is taken only from realised earnings, by the contract, capped at a fifth, and the contract cannot reach principal at all.
The agent pays the gas for its own moves.

Depth for the stocks on chain should not need one whale.
It needs a book many hands can hold, an agent that can shape it and nothing else, a price it will not follow into a hole, and an exit nobody can stand in front of.
That is what this is.
