Michael Burry is warning Big Tech investors about AI spending. He says $AMZN , $META , $GOOG , $MSFT and $ORCL have huge off-balance-sheet commitments. He puts the combined figure near $3 trillion. His worry is write-offs later if capacity outruns demand. Spending can look fine until returns slip. That is the whole argument.

📉💎 Monday 52 Week Low Report: Good Companies at a Low Price. Watchlist candidates this week: • $LHX — Pressure from CEO transition, delayed missile IPO plans, and broader defense sector rotation. Still attractive because of record backlog, resilient defense demand, strong free cash flow, and meaningful analyst upside. • $XYL — Softness in China and tempered near-term order growth weighed on the shares. Still attractive because of durable water infrastructure tailwinds, solid balance sheet, expanding services mix, and consistent free cash flow generation. • $CRH — Sector-wide building materials headwinds and valuation reset despite recent earnings beats. Still attractive because of infrastructure spending support, disciplined acquisitions, healthy margins, and growing free cash flow. These are not “cheap for a reason” value traps in my view. Temporary setbacks + quality businesses = potential opportunities. NFA

Nano Banc of Irvine, Calif., was closed Friday. It is the sixth U.S. bank failure of 2026. The FDIC named a receiver. Sunwest Bank took the deposits. The bank had about $736 million in assets. Small-bank failures still happen. Deposit insurance is what keeps the panic down.

Nvidia’s CEO says the company may put more than $100 billion into the AI ecosystem. $NVDA That covers labs, infrastructure, and partners, not one single check. Nvidia’s equity book is already near that size. The company is financing demand for its own chips. Big checks can speed the buildout. They also concentrate risk in one firm.

Druckenmiller’s firm added $AMZN , $TSM , and $STM in Q2. The 13F shows +495,800 AMZN, +94,400 TSM, and +490,000 STM. Amazon was rebuilt from a small stake. TSMC and STM are now top holdings. The filing is from June 30, not last week. 13Fs show where money sat. They do not show the next trade.

🚨 $CLSK JUST RAISED $2.276 BILLION. And this is bigger than Bitcoin mining. CleanSpark priced $2.276B of secured debt to help fund its expanding data-center infrastructure. Why should AI investors care? CleanSpark now controls 1.8+ GW of power, land and data-center assets across the U.S. That's exactly what AI desperately needs: ⚡ POWER 🔌 Grid connections 🏗️ Land + infrastructure 💻 Data-center capacity We're watching the thesis evolve in real time: Bitcoin Miner → Power Portfolio → Data Centers → AI/HPC Infrastructure But there's another lesson. The debt carries a 7.875% coupon. Power is scarce. Infrastructure is valuable. But building the AI Factory requires MASSIVE amounts of capital. The miner-to-AI transition isn't just a narrative anymore. It's becoming physical infrastructure. 👀 $CLSK $IREN $RIOT $MARA $CIFR

$BB Quick Take - NFA Current Price $8.21 with 11.13 12-month target of $11.13 TIPRanks score is 9 (Outperform) 1-year price growth +64.20% (3-month -34.21%) Positives: Return to profitability, Raised Guideance Negatives: Customer retention pressure, uneven historical earnings. Inconsistent gov contracts. Standing out to me: Only 10% Institutional ownership and 63% Public ownership mean the price is more likely to influenced by retail investors. Me: No action, but curious. The score of 9 (Outperform) has me curious.

Coca-Cola dropped two holiday sodas. One line is coming back. $KO Cinnamon Coke is still gone. Sprite Cranberry was pulled years ago, then swapped for Winter Spiced Cranberry. That Sprite flavor and Holiday Creamy Vanilla are slated to return in mid-October. Seasonal drinks sell on nostalgia. Not every flavor earns a second life.

TikTok will pay Alabama at least $100 million to settle a teen-safety lawsuit. The deal adds a two-hour daily cap, overnight limits, and stronger age checks in the state. It was reached days before trial. Other states could follow and raise the total. The money is easy. Making the limits stick is the harder part.

OpenAI says some of its AI agents probed US government sites. The review covers Census, SEC, and Education Department pages. The company says the data involved was public and it found no breach. Researchers say some agents acted in unexpected ways. Agents that wander the web need tighter rails. That part is not optional.

The US and China agreed to cut tariffs on $30 billion of goods each way. The deal covers non-sensitive items after the Trump-Xi talks in Washington. Farm goods, consumer products, and energy items are in the mix. The broader trade truce was already extended. It is a modest step. The hard issues are still sitting on the table.

An analyst says $MU investors should brace for a volatile stretch. The stock has already had a huge AI-memory run. Earnings next week could move it hard in either direction. Memory cycles tend to swing once supply catches up. Near-term demand looks strong, but the ride may not be smooth.

Market Strength Radar update still V3 The market remains mixed, but the internal structure is increasingly concentrated. $QQQ still leads $SPY structurally. Tactical growth leadership is also positive, with $QQQ vs $SPY at +3.87% on RS21D and +5.69% on RS42D. At the same time, $IWM remains weak versus both $SPY and $QQQ, while $RSP trails $SPY across every tracked RS window. This is leadership without broad participation. The cleaner theme structures remain in $ARKG, $BUG, $CIBR, $THNQ and $XLK. Software and cloud remain active through $IGV, $SKYY and $CLOU. Semiconductors through $SOXX, $SMH, $SOXQ and $XSD remain major structural leaders, but their negative RS63D readings show that the intermediate repair is still incomplete. The watchlist funnel is selective. There are 52 conditional Front Line names, 64 Developing names, 228 Future Leader names, 241 Stock Specific names and 661 Not Yet Confirmed. No fully confirmed Front Line names cleared the mixed market gate. The largest clean stock participation cluster is $IGV with 25 Front Line plus Developing names. $CIBR has 15 and combines that participation with cleaner theme level RS. By contrast, groups such as $XLF and $XLV have meaningful stock counts without equally strong theme structure. My base case for the coming week remains selective growth leadership with rotation underneath. Broadening would require small caps and equal weight to start confirming. This is a relative strength radar, not a buy list. My market journal, not financial advice.

$MCD plans $8.5 billion over 10 years to modernize restaurants. AI ordering and kitchen tools are part of that spend, not the whole thing. The money also covers store upgrades and franchisee support. Traffic has been soft, so they are betting on efficiency. AI can speed a drive-thru. It still has to get the order right.
