Extraordinary. If the legislation does not draw a distinction between displaying a symbol in support of what it stands for, and using it for the opposite - to condemn conduct - then the drafters did a very poor job and a burden is left on citizens to challenge this in the HC because it unnecessarily oppresses political expression in a manner in which it was clearly not intended to do.
A NSW District Court judge accused of pro-Israel bias in a Nazi symbol case has refused to recuse himself. A Sydney man is appealing to overturn a guilty verdict for displaying a swastika combined with the Israeli flag at an anti-genocide protest. The judge compiled his own document and sought to admit it as evidence, which the defence said was a "departure from judicial process". deepcutnews.com/p/judge-accu…

Australian police are rolling out Cellebrite's Israeli phone cracking software, and now another Israeli tech firm has turned online ads against our agencies. We need an urgent review of all surveillance companies operating here and the risks they pose to privacy and public data.

Private profit making is what we decided on — so we get: . Greedy private aged care . Abusive private child care . Harmful private schools . Exploitative private tollways . Inefficient private NDIS providers . Useless private employment services . For-profit private op shops . And public and private money creamed off the top into private pockets. Why? Australia decided ‘democratic socialism’ was undesirable. So privatisation through ‘neoliberalism’ is it. The solution? Nationalisation of privatised services, paid for by taxing the resource companies and cancelling the submarines. abc.net.au/news/2026-10-14/a…

Nick McKim nails it. #corporatocracy is Australia's main problem. The rise of Hanson is an advertising phenomenon which has cunningly capitalised on the disaffection and directed the blame elsewhere
Every word of this. The more people I speak to the more I realise they actually believe it's migrants & trans people. It's shameful we have allowed people to be sucked into hatred of people with no power whilst those in power take more.

We all are complicit in the slave workers of the Congo, who sit siloed in our consciousness as we type moral outrage on things made from the result of their labour.
You're watching millions of people, including more than 40,000 children are in labor camps and cobalt mines in DR Congo. Congo is bleeding, It has not ended over 5 million people are dead. Women are being force-fed human flesh. And the worst Ebola outbreak on record. Nearly 70 million Congolese out of 110 million live on less than $2.15 a day in the richest land on Earth. Meanwhile, every billionaire makes over $200,000 a day in royalties on Congo's mines and modern day slaver! The world must remember that we live in a society, not an economy.

The whistleblower who told the FBI that Howard Lutnick was laundering money through Cantor Fitzgerald lost his case against Lutnick in August of this year, and died in September....just weeks later. The court never ruled on whether he was right. Instead, it threw the case out because he filed it too late, and then Lutnick and BGC asked the court to make him pay their legal fees. His name was Simon Andriesz. He was a managing director at BGC, the Cantor Fitzgerald brokerage Lutnick ran. The FBI filed his money laundering complaint in its Epstein case file, where it sat until the files were released this year. 2015 to 2016: He raised complaints about accounting irregularities. BGC suspended him twice and ordered him to undergo medical exams. January 2017: BGC fired him. 2019: The CFTC fined BGC $3 million for supervision and recordkeeping failures. He said his tip led to it. October 2020: He called the FBI and reported money laundering, fraud and Lutnick's links to Epstein. The FBI's complaint form is titled "Alleged Money Laundering by Howard Lutnick via BGC Financial and Cantor Fitzgerald." November 2020: BGC opened an investigation into its own UK tax adviser and a senior London broker. A UK court later found they stole about £23.5 million, mostly money owed to UK tax authorities, between 2015 and 2020. January 2025: While Lutnick was being vetted for Commerce Secretary, an FBI memo said the Bureau "did not open an investigation" into his allegations. 2026: He searched the Epstein files for "HWL," Lutnick's initials, and found 2018 emails between Lutnick and Epstein about a company they both invested in. House Oversight used them when it questioned Lutnick in May. August 11, 2026: A UK tribunal threw out his case against BGC and Lutnick personally because it was filed years after the deadline. He argued that trauma kept him from filing sooner, and the judge rejected that. A hearing was set for November 24 on whether he should pay their legal costs. Late September 2026: He died at a trauma treatment centre in the UK at 57. People close to him say he took his own life but no coroner's finding has been released. Simon Andriesz spent nine years telling regulators, the FBI and Congress what he saw inside Lutnick's company. Some of it turned out to be true, some of it was never checked, and the man who could have told us which was which is gone....

I now support Benjamin Netanyahu! 110%
Did an Iranian official at the UN turn down an explosive device offered to him by a loving Netanyahu operative? Video: the Iranian representative at the UN refused the Israeli offer of a star link console. The video has now gone mega viral with people asking why would the Iranian be so rude? Does anyone remember what Israel did with the exploding pagers or how they’re ultra famous for planting things in their allies devices? Only a retard or a suicidal maniac would accept any electronic device from a Israeli operative..

When Donald Trump celebrates war profiteering, peddles conspiracy theories, threatens Iranians with annihilation, calls for a coup and slanders the ICC, what does our Prime Minister do? He takes a selfie with him. Seriously cringeworthy stuff.
