Ok all you lefty maniacs. We now have a dedicated Left Hand Supported page and filter for all you left handed weirdos! I still think you should just switch to right hand like a normal person but i digress. (jokes) Please help though. If there is a mod that is not there in which you KNOW has left hand support - please DM me. I can only do so much to figure out exactly what these mods feature. As of right now I could only find 8 mods that are officially left hand supported. Hopefully that improves over time.
