Cool little detail - Xcode 27 has a menu bar item showing which projects have an active MCP connection to an agent I think this is actually not from Xcode itself, but the new MCP CLI it ships with

Making lots of progress porting LaunchBuddy from platform-based layout decisions to sizeclass-based I'm using my own agent skill for SwiftUI on iPhone Duo + Xcode's built-in "App Resizability" skill Took a few iterations to get to this state, but I'm super happy with the progress so far Next I will have to improve the layout for the Duo + make sure iPhone, iPad, and Mac layouts didn't break!

And here's the Simulator in the Xcode 27.1 Beta Xcode 27.1 also includes an agent skill to help with adapting your apps to iPhone Duo You can also grab my agent skill below (it's based on the documentation & developer session videos)
iPhone Duo is coming and your agents won't have a clue how to build for it So I turned all the new documentation, APIs and developer sessions into an agent skill Grab it here: github.com/FloWritesCode/fwc… The skill will get updated as new APIs / Xcode 27.1 gets introduced

iPhone Duo ist a GREAT opportunity for indie developers Use SwiftUI, stay close to the system look, and you'll get the new layout for free Submit a nomination request and you might even get your app featured More thoughts: piped.video/JcHrnv1dspA

Xcode 27.2 finally fixes the most annoying issue You used to get merge conflicts in the project file all the time - even if nothing really changed Check out this new JSON-based project structure and their new agent skills
project.pbxproj is dead 🪦 Xcode 27.2 ships a JSON project format (.xcproj): default for new projects, readable, merge-friendly, agent-editable. developer.apple.com/document…

If your agents suck at SwiftUI, you should hand them these tailor-made skills by Apple Engineers They’re built right into Xcode and you can export them to use inside other agents with this command.

There are issues with liquid glass ToolbarItems / ToolbarItemGroups on macOS Notice the + button? It has this weird vertical inset effect, despite having zero styling. It's literally just a Button with a systemImage...

How do some people get their apps & updates accepted every time? Why do yours get rejected after waiting for 7+ days? There are real strategies you can use to increase your chances of going into review faster & getting accepted every time.

Every time I open X I see people getting rejected or being stuck "waiting for review" I absolutely know the pain - I almost missed the #shipaton submission last years because I was waiting for over 2 weeks to get into review So I made a video covering everything that helps getting into review faster & avoiding unnecessary rejections: piped.video/6G0z4MAEl1o

It‘s super annoying to get stuck waiting for review! While there is no magic pill, there are several things you CAN do to help the process (no, I‘m not talking about expedited reviews) Just made a video on this: piped.video/6G0z4MAEl1o
I THOUGHT BUILDING MY FIRST IPHONE APP WOULD BE EXCITING. It wasuntil App Review. Microdex has been stuck in review for almost two weeks. I already have updates ready, but I can’t ship any of them. Honestly, Apple is starting to drain all the excitement I had when I built it. Can a first App Store review really take this long?

TIL: Use this API to let users interact with Views "behind" TipKit popovers. Without this, the user essentially has to touch twice: 1. to dismiss the tip popover 2. to actually interact with the highlighted View

LaunchBuddy AI is here* Let LaunchBuddy do the work for you. No clicking around, and barely any setup needed. LaunchBuddy AI can create releases & tasks for you, audit your recent analytics data, reply to App Store reviews, and even do PPP pricing for your IAPs. Just tell it what you want to do and watch the work get done automatically. * for macOS, the iOS update is still waiting for review

xAI / Cursor just announced Grok Bot, a fully autonomous cloud-based agent that can do computer work It can connect to your accounts in lots of apps like Github, Notion, and Slack You talk to it in the macOS and iOS apps and it keeps working by itself in the cloud What would you use this for?
Introducing Grok Bot, now in early beta. Bots are AI teammates that do real work for you. They sign in to your tools, use them just like you do, and come back with finished work.

You don't increase your conversion rate by building new features You increase it by gradually testing different icon & screenshot variations Keywords = getting seen in the App Store Screenshots = getting installs from those views Learn about ASC's built-in A/B tests

LaunchBuddy is running a 25% off sale for @RevenueCat #shipaton I'll also be running pricing experiments & probably raising prices soon, so this is an exceptional time to pick up a yearly subscription if you've been holding off LaunchBuddy is also getting some crazy new updates to make it much more useful in the agentic development timeline

If you're an indie building subscription apps, most of your ad traffic probably goes straight to the App Store. Attribution is messy, iterating on paywalls means waiting for app releases, and you lose 15-30% in store fees. There's a cleaner way: Web2App funnels. Send people to a web page first → they go through a quick quiz → see a personalized offer → pay right in the browser. Only after paying do they get the app (already unlocked). Better attribution, instant experiments, and you keep way more revenue. A no-code platform doing this really well just added something that feels made for people like us (1/5)

Really digging how the design for @LaunchBuddy_App AI is coming along. Chat freely with the agent to make it work on any task related to LB or ASC, or use the pre-built playbooks. What would you want this agent to do?
2

Still working on LaunchBuddy AI It can take care of so many things, both inside LaunchBuddy and in App Store Connect. It’s an agent made for shipping. I‘m currently iterating on the design to make sure it’s intuitive to use.

Purchase Power Parity (PPP) means making sure people in all countries pay the same relative price for your product. This wasn't the case for Habits, one of my oldest apps. It used US-based prices in the entire world. This meant that lots of people couldn't afford it. So I let LaunchBuddy fix this for me, based on the Netflix PPP index.

This is a GENIUS idea! You can run a Codex/Cursor automation that triggers on every commit to your iOS repo. It then replicates that commit in your Android app. Could even send a screenshot of an Android simulator as proof. Would you support Android with this setup?
Heard this tactic of having cron jobs running in the background while you program to build versions of your iOS app for other platforms… and it’s genius. I don’t know why I’ve never thought of that. Gonna try it out this week.
