Judge Sullivan ordered Todd Blanche to answer Katie Phang’s lawsuit over the Epstein files. Blanche filed Document 50. And on Counts 1 through 4, the actual claims Sullivan ordered him to answer, the response is repeated over and over: “NO RESPONSE IS REQUIRED.” I cannot imagine Sullivan is going to be thrilled with it. In June, he already called Blanche out for failing to substantively respond. Now Sullivan orders an Answer, and Blanche files one telling him, repeatedly, that no response is required. Sullivan has already put them on notice about contempt.
