Marinate for ~15 minutes in olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and chopped/crushed garlic. Thank me later.

Leave them out in my shed overnight so the roaches can walk all over them. Maybe even a rodent or two. Then when I finally grill and serve I get that genuine restaurant experience.... 🤣

Once both sides are seared, onto the warming rack (closed grill) smear some garlic butter on top along with a sprig of rosemary.

A smidge of olive oil to keep the salt and pepper locked on. Makes a great sear too.

That’s it. My grandpa who was a butcher always told me that if you have a good cut of meat it did not need anything else. I always took that to heart.

Cook ‘em right and they don’t need anything. Taste the beef.

2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning 1 teaspoon Espresso Powder(any finely ground coffee will work) Mix all ingredients well and rub on both sides of one steak and let sit for at least one hour. More time is better.
