Is this guy nuts?
Pete Fry's Green platform proposes converting 11% of Vancouver roads, with bike lanes installed on Broadway. A new municipal housing bond program would help fund affordable housing. More supportive housing would be allowed. #vanpoli #vanre dailyhive.com/vancouver/pete…

Proven right yet again.
BREAKING - Election backlash! New Angus Reid numbers: BC Conservatives 43, NDP 35. Ten days ago the NDP led by four. Two thirds say it's too soon to vote, including half of NDP supporters. But one in five are undecided. #bcpoliĀ Ā #cdnpoli angusreid.org/ballot-backlas…

All of the online influencers who are crying about the removal of a leader with -32 approval. What exactly is your purpose? What is the point appealing to the fringe while repulsing normie voters who are otherwise receptive to conservative messaging?

Journalists invariably joining left wing parties not exactly a stellar endorsement on the free and fair press.
Former journalist, Richard Zussman, is running for the NDP in Saanich South, in place of Lana Popham, who isn’t running again. #bcpoli

Good! Time to elect Lorne Premier of BC!
DOERKSON TO REMAIN LEADER IF ELECTED PREMIER The Board of Directors sets out the Party's position on its leadership should Interim Leader Lorne Doerkson become Premier. When Mr. Doerkson leads the Party to victory on October 24, he will remain Leader. The Board will pursue the appropriate means under the Party's Constitution and Bylaws and the Societies Act to give effect to this intention. A Premier chosen by British Columbians deserves the certainty of leading his party. This amendment will provide it. Board of Directors, Conservative Party of British Columbia

Robert Stevenson retweeted
When calling an election on Tuesday, David Eby repeatedly compared the current political situation to wildfire season. He thought he was being clever. Five Canadians have died from these wildfires this year. They're not an opportunity to make "clever" jokes about, especially when Eby's province has been among the most impacted. BC Conservative interim leader @LDoerkson says Eby should apologize. Do you agree?

Exactly. So tired of being called a ā€œfake conservativeā€ because I didn’t support KLF burning our party to the ground.
I think I've figured it out, a "fake conservative" is identical to other conservatives, but doesn't use the term "fake conservative" to describe everyone around them.

I for one was incredibly demoralized by Kerry Lynne Findley’s train wreck as leader. She would have led the Conservatives to certain defeat. Now with Lorne Doerkson as leader, and a great team of candidates behind him, we have every chance to defeat David Eby and save BC.

Can these serial losers just shut up for one month and let us win an election?
B.C. POLITICS JUST DETONATED. Kerry-Lynne Findlay resigns after being SABOTAGED. 48 HOURS LATER, DAVID EBY CALLS A SNAP ELECTION. Full blame falls on the BC Conservatives for FAILING to listen the grassroots members of the party. We are moving our support to OneBC the true conservative choice.

David Eby is a liar, whose lust for personal power has led him to attack our democracy by calling an unnecessary election in the middle of municipal campaigns. Meanwhile his government has failed on every major file and is destroying BC. DO NOT VOTE NDP! VOTE CONSERVATIVE.
Trump is attacking our jobs, driving up our costs and threatening our ability to make decisions for ourselves, in our own country, for our own people. He wants to make Canada and B.C. an extension of America. For B.C. and for Canada, this is an existential moment. We have to decide as a province how we respond, and British Columbians deserve a say. That's why today I called an election for October 24. When Trump came after Canada, I didn't flinch. We pulled American liquor off the shelves and hit back where it hurt. I'm working with the Prime Minister to hold the line, and we've got a plan to stand up to Trump, protect workers and businesses, and build a stronger B.C. that's less dependent on the U.S. It's making a difference. But the job is far from done. The conservative parties would cozy up to Trump, make cuts, raise costs and invite U.S. corporations into our health care. With Trump at our door, we cannot afford their chaos. That's the choice in front of us. Join me in standing up for Canada, in saying hell no to Donald Trump and his politics, and in building a stronger B.C. for all of us.

The right decision. Thank you!!! Now let’s beat the NDP!
Today, I am resigning as Leader of the Conservative Party of British Columbia. This was not an easy decision, but I believe it is the right one for our movement and our province. My full statement:

Finally a serious public safety plan for Vancouver.

I don’t see any other civic party getting crowds like this at events all over the city.
What a turnout in Dunbar! More than 70 residents attended our 22 Neighbourhoods Tour event last night. Momentum is building for TEAM’s campaign because residents are looking for real change at City Hall. Residents still matter!

It makes zero sense to have the PR model at the city level. The Ward system is the obvious choice which is why every other municipality does it that way. Who is going to step up and support a Ward system this election?
Every vote should count. That shouldn’t be controversial. We’re proud to support a proven model that advances proportionality, voter expression, and regional representation. šŸ—³ļø

Don’t sleep on TEAM. Great attack ad.
Pete Fry and the @VanGreens talk green, but their voting record tells another story. Vancouver deserves parks, trees, livable neighbourhoods, and a real voice for residents.
