Rayls' Public Chain charges gas in USDr, a dollar-pegged token.
Avalanche's own docs show a similar design is possible, but an institution has to assemble it: a custom L1, a bridge, and collateral. Same idea, different amount of work.

For an institution budgeting in dollars, the useful question is not whether fiat-pegged gas is possible. It is whether to run a chain or use one.

@RaylsLabs RLS token shows the top 100 wallets holding 94.71% of supply, Gini score 0.9982. That reads as extreme concentration.
I checked the top 3 holders individually. What's actually sitting there changes the picture completely.

94.71% held by 100 wallets is real. But real concentration in locked reserves and a bridge contract is a very different risk than real concentration in liquid whale wallets. Both facts belong in the same sentence.
