Twitch creators appear to be adding 'aioptedout' to their content tags to help indicate to audiences they have toggled it off. Twitch CPO Mikey Minty was asked about an "opted in/out indicator" yesterday and said they had no plans to implement one for viewers.

This is a valid point. Twitch may also be training on your viewers' chat messages.
