Receipts rumors. I don’t argue. I archive. I am owed by JLR. Speaking the truth cost.

Somewhere near Blazed
I'm going to make this clear one damn time, and one time only. I AM THE ONE WHO SET UP THE GIVESENDGO FOR @JLRINVESTIGATES. I created it right after he lost his YouTube channel. Before I could even finish getting everything together, he was accepted to KICK. At that point, HE decided he didn't need the fundraiser because KICK was paying him decent money. I fucked up and forgot to delete it. Simple as that. But since some of you apparently need everything explained like you're five, let me break it down. 1. I NEVER announced the fundraiser or asked a single person to donate. 2. When you create a GiveSendGo for someone else, the recipient is sent a link to connect THEIR OWN payout information. He completed that process himself. He would know if any donations came through. 3. And this is probably the most important part, so pay close attention: I DO WHAT THE FUCK I WANT. If I decide to start a fundraiser to help someone whom many of you have spent months intentionally trying to destroy, discredit, and financially ruin, guess what? I DON'T NEED YOUR FUCKING PERMISSION. I originally intended to delete it because he was doing fine on KICK. I simply forgot. But congratulations! Thanks to all the unnecessary bullshit, I've changed my mind. I'M NOT DELETING A DAMN THING. And if anyone wants to help him out, whether it's because they support him, appreciate his work, or simply want to show him that not everyone is rooting for his downfall, you're more than welcome to donate. The funniest part of all this is that some of you are so obsessed with seeing this man fail that you're now upset over the possibility of someone helping him succeed. And I intentionally did not list a specific cause so none of you can report a fucking thing. You all may think you intimidate or make someone else back down. You got me 10 ways past fucked up. Fuck you and your emotions. Now copy paste repost mail or fucking skypage it I give 0 fucks. Stay mad. The fundraiser stays. givesendgo.com/help-jlr-figh…

Oh wait I almost forgot then files a motion today quietly trying to back away from his previous lie. This shit is comical at this point.

Imagine filing a motion and asking for a hearing in front of the very judge who will be handling your entire case. Now imagine both parties get to speak at that hearing. Everybody following? Good, because this shit is about to turn into a courtroom comedy special. So the respondent files a motion to change venue. One little problem. HE FILED IT LATE. Naturally, the petitioner points that out in her response. But wait. It gets so much fucking better. The respondent decides to tell the judge, IN A SWORN COURT DOCUMENT, that he had absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE of this lawsuit until September 28, 2026, when the papers were posted on his door. September 28. Remember that date, because apparently this man is operating on a calendar nobody else has access to. You see, on AUGUST 4, 2026, nearly TWO MONTHS BEFORE he supposedly learned this lawsuit existed, this same man filed documents in a FLORIDA COURT asking a judge to dismiss an injunction I had against him. And guess what he specifically mentioned in those documents? THE FUCKING CIVIL LAWSUIT I FILED AGAINST HIM IN ARIZONA. SIR. 😂😂😂 HOW IN THE ENTIRE FUCK DID YOU TELL A FLORIDA JUDGE ABOUT A LAWSUIT IN AUGUST THAT YOU SWEAR YOU DIDN'T KNOW EXISTED UNTIL SEPTEMBER? Did August and September switch places when nobody was looking? Did you wake up one morning and decide the entire month of August just didn't count? Because I have questions. And I have a feeling the judge might have a few too. And we're not finished! I also have the video where he proudly showed off his Google Drive, explaining how neatly he had organized all the posts and evidence. Look at you! Mr. Organized! Folders, evidence, screenshots, the whole damn production! But somehow the lawsuit itself was a complete mystery. 😂 Then there's the service by mail. And all those public posts I made telling him to stop being a coward and sign for the damn papers. But nope. September 28. That's his story, and apparently he's sticking to it. Now here's my favorite part. THE SAME JUDGE HE IS ASKING TO GRANT HIS MOTION IS THE JUDGE WHO WILL BE PRESIDING OVER THE CASE. So imagine walking into that hearing, sitting down, and having to explain how you referenced a lawsuit in an August court filing but swore you didn't know about it until September. Your Honor, I would like to introduce Exhibit A: THE RESPONDENT ARGUING WITH HIS OWN FUCKING COURT DOCUMENTS. And the funniest part? This is only the evidence I'm willing to discuss publicly. There's another piece I'm keeping for court that may make this little timeline problem even more interesting. Imagine having an entire lawsuit ahead of you and potentially starting your relationship with the judge by having to explain why your sworn statement doesn't match your own court filings. Forget changing venue. At this point, you might want to file a motion to change the facts, because the ones you already put on the record are kicking your ass. 😂 And yes, I ABSOLUTELY used ChatGPT to write this. 😂 What the fuck does that change? ChatGPT didn't file those court documents or invent those dates. You can argue with how I wrote it, but the FACTS remain the FUCKING SAME.

Imagine being stupid enough to brag about attempting to get a persons channel taken down. Without understanding the law. People need to research Tortious Interference. Interference with a Business Relationship / Prospective Advantage: A third party disrupts an uncontracted or prospective business expectancy (such as a steady stream of clients or a pending deal) through improper or deceitful means, And to say the intent is so clear. Is a understatement.

They are not frivolous. Because people continue to spread lies about him. That is why the lawsuits keep coming. That does not make them frivolous. I don't understand why this is so hard for people to grasp. You have every right in the world not to like someone. Hell, you can hate the man if you want to. Nobody is telling you that you have to like him, watch him, or support him. But what you cannot do is just make shit up about him. Look at how many people claimed he was arrested by Border Patrol. That never happened. Yet people ran with it because somebody else said it. And that's the problem. People think because they read something on social media, they can repeat it without any responsibility for whether it's true. That's not how defamation law works. You can absolutely be held responsible for repeating someone else's defamatory statements. Then you have people constantly claiming he beat the shit out of Magnolia. He has never been convicted of beating her. Now, not being convicted doesn't automatically mean someone can't discuss an allegation. But there is a big difference between discussing accusations and telling the world something happened as though you personally know it to be a fact. And for the love of God, stop thinking the words "allegedly" and "in my opinion" are some magical legal shield. They are not. You cannot accuse someone of committing a crime, throw "allegedly" in the sentence, and think you're untouchable. Courts look at what you're actually saying. If you're making a factual accusation disguised as an opinion, those two little words aren't necessarily going to save you. Look at the defamation lawsuits surrounding the Idaho Four murders. People used words like "allegedly" there too. That doesn't automatically make the statements legally protected. The actual facts and circumstances matter. And another thing that drives me absolutely insane is watching people Google a law, read the first paragraph that pops up, and suddenly become constitutional scholars. That's not how legal research works either. Laws get amended. Courts interpret them. Higher courts can overturn lower court decisions. Sometimes the case you're relying on isn't even controlling law in the state you're arguing about. You have to look at the actual statute, the current version of it, and the court decisions interpreting it. You cannot just grab the first thing Google spits out and declare yourself right. At the end of the day, nobody is saying you have to like JLR. Dislike him all you want. Criticize his content. Question his decisions. That's your right. But when you start making factual accusations about someone, especially accusations that can damage their reputation or interfere with how they earn a living, you had better understand the difference between an opinion and a potentially defamatory statement. And if you don't understand that difference, maybe spend a little more time researching and a little less time repeating everything you see on X.
He filed those "frivolous" lawsuits while he was in prison. Now he is into defamation lawsuits

Again someone commenting clueless how it really works. Lady the money comes from YouTube or now Kick. That is where 90% of the money comes from. Did you think it's his followers paying that much money? No he gets paid by the hosting platforms
Common sense would be actually seeing this "man" for who and what he is. A fraudster. A person wasting tens of thousands of $ of his "supporters" $ on stupid, frivolous lawsuits..4000.He's filed 4000! Do u know how much of peoples $ & time that is? Ignorance is defending THAT.

If you have ever sent @JLRINVESTIGATES money and now feel you were conned, please schedule an appointment with an eye doctor and a hearing specialist. Apparently, you were watching an entirely different livestream than the rest of us. It absolutely blows my mind that grown adults need someone to explain how livestreaming works, but here we are. So I'm going to break this down slowly for the people who apparently think sending a Super Chat is the same as falling victim to an international fraud ring. JLR decides he's going live. JLR announces he's going live. People who enjoy watching JLR think, "Oh, JLR is going live. I think I'll watch." Now pay close attention because this is where the investigation apparently gets complicated. THEY CLICK ON HIS LIVE. ALL BY THEMSELVES. Nobody kidnapped them. Nobody held a gun to their head. Nobody showed up at their house demanding they watch a man walk around with a camera. They willingly clicked on a livestream. Now they're watching. They're enjoying the content. Maybe they're laughing. Maybe they're interested in the investigation. Maybe they're just sitting there eating a sandwich minding their own damn business. Then suddenly, a thought enters their head. "Hey, I like this guy's content. I've got a few extra dollars. I think I'll send him something." AND THEN THEY DO. Holy shit. Somebody call the FBI. A grown adult just voluntarily spent their own money supporting content they enjoy. By this logic, every comedian who ever received a tip, every musician who ever had money thrown in a tip jar, and every streamer who ever received a donation is running a criminal enterprise. Imagine calling the police. "Yes, officer, I'd like to report a crime." "What happened, ma'am?" "I watched a livestream." "Okay?" "I enjoyed it." "Go on." "Then I voluntarily sent the creator five dollars." "Ma'am, what exactly is the crime?" "HE ACCEPTED IT!" Some of you have confused supporting a content creator with being the victim of a Nigerian prince email scam. Nobody promised you an inheritance. Nobody guaranteed you a return on your investment. You watched content, you enjoyed it, and you chose to support the person making it. That's how livestreaming works. And accusing someone of conning their audience is a pretty serious allegation. If you're going to make that claim, you might want to bring something more substantial than the fact that people voluntarily gave a man money because they like watching him. Because at this point, the only thing I'm convinced of is that some of you need adult supervision before opening YouTube. Or any other platform a content creator chooses to use. For the ones that understand how this works. Please repost. No wait copy and paste because if you repost they will claim I am trying to get clicks. Imagine that.
I agree, the streaming is his profession. That's not where I have a problem. Everyone who sends him money because of his incredible investigative journalism has been conned

The better question is, how long will it take X to respond to the subpoena issued today for your account information? I keep trying to tell people that I do not play when it comes to defamation, especially when someone decides to make accusations about my professional conduct and attempts to interfere with my contracts. And by the way, you're not doing a very good job. In fact, I signed another contract just a few hours ago. This is exactly why jumping on bandwagons and repeating things you know absolutely nothing about is a terrible idea. For now, you're Jane Doe. Once the requested account information is returned and your identity is established, that can change. Here's something you might want to know. X's Terms of Service explain that the company may disclose nonpublic account information in response to valid legal process. X can challenge subpoenas that are overly broad, which is precisely why I made sure the request was narrowly tailored. Now, let's discuss my past. I have NEVER hidden my arrests or convictions. I was open about them. I was also open about my unsuccessful attempts to have those convictions vacated. I talked about the times I stood before a judge and was told that what I had presented wasn't enough. I didn't quit. I put in countless hours doing the work until one day, that same judge looked at me and essentially said, "Now it's enough." And my convictions were vacated. That wasn't luck. That was persistence. So imagine thinking you're going to embarrass me with information I've already publicly discussed. Imagine believing you know more about my own legal history than I do. What makes this even more interesting is that your account is relatively new. It was created shortly after the domestic violence charges were dropped. That's an interesting coincidence, and it certainly raises questions about who's behind it. I have my suspicions. But unlike some people, I prefer evidence over speculation. If the records establish what I suspect, that information will be provided through the appropriate legal channels. And the fact that you continue making these statements after being put on notice? Well, that certainly gives me more to document. You could have minded your business. You could have verified what you were repeating. Instead, you chose to make accusations about someone who has already demonstrated that she's willing to put in the time, do the research, file the paperwork, and see a legal process through. Good luck challenging the subpoena. As you can see I was offered another contract today. Maybe next time you should do your own research.

I am so tired of seeing people obsess over how much money @JLRINVESTIGATES made on YouTube. Let me tell you what I see. I see a man who has gone out of his way to help other people. I watched him raise $30,000 for three individuals who needed help. He didn't pocket a dime of that money, yet somehow he still caught hell for it. I've seen him send money to people who needed food while they were out searching for missing loved ones. I've seen him contribute money toward rewards to help bring people home. But somehow, all people want to talk about is how much money he made on YouTube. WHO CARES? YouTube wasn't just a hobby. It was his livelihood. It paid his bills, just like your job pays yours. And let's not pretend we haven't watched people openly threaten to mass report his channel. We've seen the same behavior directed at Criminal Network. Some of the videos reported were YEARS old. YouTube made it clear they weren't randomly going through his old content looking for violations. So let's not act like the timing isn't suspicious. I don't give a damn if he made $100 or $100,000 a month. That's his business. He worked for it. What bothers me is watching people celebrate someone losing their primary source of income overnight, especially someone who has repeatedly used his platform to help others. And let's not forget the money he's had to spend defending himself against all the bullshit thrown his way. Yes, we believe he'll get his channel back. But 90 days is a long damn time when your income disappears overnight and the bills don't stop coming. You don't have to like the man. You don't have to watch him. But acting like someone deserves to lose their livelihood simply because you don't like them says a hell of a lot more about you than it does about him.

Also crazy how Nerdy is denying that the 35,000 she stole was not talked about until last week. It was on one of your post way back & we know he reads every one. Also the fact that JLR stayed mum on many things when surely he wanted to speak out. Gosh I hate how Nerdy lies.
