Just to let whomever know, if I show you evidence, and your reaction is "BS", or "Bulls***". You will get blocked. It only demonstrates to me your lack of intellect, and good manners. I didn't use that language in front of you, don't use it in front of me. Thanks.

The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again (live 1985). From the classic album Who's Next, it was released as a single on 25 June 1971. This song has astoundingly great energy, especially when performed live, Daltrey's blood curdling scream is #1 for me in rock!

Hat tip to @DanaPerino who earlier today on @thefive said that Beirut used to be the Paris of the Middle East (until it was destroyed by Islam), and now Paris is the Beirut of Europe (because of Islam).

As young men, Sean Connery and Michael Caine were best friends. They would go out drinking and dancing together, chase girls together, and have a jolly good time whenever they did. Naturally, a lot people other men were quite jealous of the dashing pair. One instance, Caine, recalls, four men dared attack the future Bond star — he simply folded his coat, gave it to Caine for safekeeping and knocked all four of them to the ground in about ten seconds. In another instance, American mobster Johnny Stompanato was jealous of a young Sean Connery as he suspected his girlfriend Lana Turner was having an affair with the young Scottish actor. Stompanato stormed onto the set of the film the actor was working on and threatened him with a gun… Connery, not skipping a beat, disarmed Stompanato by quickly grabbing his wrist, breaking it. The mafioso fled the scene, humiliated… All these things happened before Sean Connery was even cast to play James Bond. He was just a struggling actor but he already had the air of a main character and the guts to put his money where his mouth was. That’s the sort of man he was, and the sort of man he remained throughout his life. An icon, through and through

Son: Hey Dad, was music really better when you were younger? Me: Son, we had an entire generation growing up with music so good that 50 years later, we're still turning up the volume when it comes on. Here, let me show you what I mean.

Yesterday, an 11-year-old girl from Cranbrook, BC, told us that in her school, if you are an Indigenous student, you can go to a special room with a fridge stacked with snacks accessible anytime. White kids are not allowed in that room. I’m disgusted by this, and if you are not outraged, what are we doing here? BCTF needs to be dismantled and start all over again.

My mom has a box by the street to put packages in and every other carrier has no problem following directions. But the FedEx ground guy comes all the way up the driveway and leaves it on the stairs, especially when it rains.

The NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles almost killed Jalen Hurts for a Week 5 international showcase. The full details of what happened behind closed doors in London just surfaced, and the negligence is staggering. Before kickoff in London, Hurts was in a hospital bed until 4:00 AM undergoing emergency vascular testing. Medical staff instructed him not to sleep because sleep was considered an active health risk. Instead of shutting down their $255 million franchise quarterback, the team cleared him to play 60 minutes of brutal, high-impact collision football on zero sleep. Then, they loaded him onto a pressurized, 8-hour transatlantic flight back to Philadelphia. Every doctor on the planet knows that long-haul flights and cabin pressure are the exact triggers that cause lower-extremity blood clots to break free. The Eagles spent days assuring the public it was just a "minor, superficial calf clot". Now the truth comes out: the clot dislodged, shot through his bloodstream, and caused multiple pulmonary emboli in his lungs. Hurts is officially out for the season, placed on blood thinners where taking a single routine tackle could cause a fatal internal hemorrhage. He isn't just lucky to play football again, he is lucky to be alive. When the NFL preaches "player safety," remember this moment. They ran a human being into the ground for television ratings in the UK, almost lost him to a preventable medical catastrophe, and cratered their entire season in the process. Who inside that building signed off on letting him play and board that flight?

In 1966, Captain Kirk and the crew of the Enterprise visited a strange planet where something had gone terribly wrong. The streets were deserted. Buildings were falling apart. And the few inhabitants who remained were children. But there was something strangely familiar about that abandoned town. If you'd watched another popular television show, you might have recognized it. The episode was called “Miri,” and it aired during the first season of Star Trek. Kirk, Spock, and the landing party found themselves in a town that looked remarkably like Earth in the early 20th century. As they investigated, they discovered that a deadly experiment had wiped out the adults, leaving children who had survived for centuries without growing up. The eerie streets helped make the episode memorable. But those streets had a much friendlier identity. They were Mayberry. That's right. The same backlot used for The Andy Griffith Show became an abandoned town on an alien planet. The location was Desilu's famous 40 Acres backlot in Culver City, California. For Star Trek, the familiar storefronts and streets were dressed to look neglected and decaying. The courthouse, Floyd's barbershop, and other recognizable Mayberry buildings helped create the setting. And “Miri” wasn't the only time Star Trek borrowed those streets. Parts of the same backlot also appeared in “The Return of the Archons” and “The City on the Edge of Forever.” Think about that. One week, those streets could belong to Andy Taylor, Barney Fife, and Aunt Bee. Another time, Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock could be walking through them, investigating a mystery hundreds of light-years from home. Hollywood didn't need to build an entirely new town. It already had Mayberry. And suddenly, the final frontier doesn't seem quite so far from North Carolina. 🖖❤️

Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa… She’s a woman? 😂 Just kidding. But if she thinks the Trump administration has something against women, she’s dumber than she looks.
Elissa Slotkin claims that the only reason that she's being attacked for threatening lawfare against young conservatives for serving in the Trump administration is because she's a woman. 🙄

Many of the replies to this - from supposed right-wingers and “conservatives” - are: - she stole from taxpayers by owning a $190,000 home (average home price $380K) - children shouldn’t expect to inherit - she made the choice when decided to live instead of die I hate it here
My coworker's mother passed away last November. She left her modest $190,000 house to him clear and free, no mortgage, completely paid off after thirty years of factory work. He moved into the home in January to finally settle the estate. Two weeks ago, a letter arrived from the state Medicaid estate recovery office. Because his mother spent four months in a rehabilitation facility before she passed, the state quietly slapped a retroactive $114,000 lien against the property title. He called the state health department, frantic, asking how a hospital stay could bankrupt an inherited home that had no mortgage balance. The caseworker sighed and told him: "Federal law requires state programs to claw back healthcare costs from deceased estates. The house cannot be sold or transferred until the balance is cleared in full." He offered to pay a monthly settlement. They said no. The full $114,000 is due in 60 days, or they foreclose on the property at a public auction. A lifetime of working-class savings, wiped out overnight by a retroactive healthcare lien. You don't own generational wealth. You're just holding a property title until the state finds a legal mechanism to repossess it the moment you die.

I’m firmly in the camp if you have to stay awake for 36 hours before kickoff so you don’t die from a blood clot you should probably skip playing that game.
