Welp got the update from my doctor. Surgery is the best option and the Best-Best option is to do a vascularized bone graft from my wrist to repair the scaphoid. My doc doesn’t do it but the best guy that does happens to be at UCSF. Now we wait for scheduling. Yay me!

Just saw a sign for diesel @ $8.15/gal. Paper industry is having an unprecedented 3rd price increase this year for a total of $170/ton or +18%. Almost everything comes in a box so goods and services will be hit from those increased costs. Could be lean holidays for many already struggling.

Wife threw me a curveball and asked for PF Changs lettuce wraps. So we made ‘em. #MFMeals #TwitterSupperClub

Will we ever really know what happened is the question.
I trained in Wainwright as a young sapper. We would bivouac at night to the reassuring “woof woof woof” sound of 105 mm artillery shells flying overhead to impact kilometres down range of our positions.
Camp Wainwright Range Control AND Canadian Gunners are highly trained professionals. I do not believe that they are responsible.
105 shells and 155 shells do NOT explode buried pipelines in proximity to numerous soldiers.
We are not being told the real story. The cover up has started.
The very fact that Carney was rushed to a microphone so quickly lets you know that something is up…
I’ll take “gender fluid, culturally incompatible, incompetence” for 2000 Alex …

I’ve been being really good at not doing things that make me a fat guy for a week and a half. Tonight my wife brings this home from her client that works at Jelly Belly…🐽

Used to love having the option to fly in and out of here from Oakland. My buddy used to fly out of the Co-Op there and we had some wild times and I almost got my pilot’s license but we fell out of contact.

We were BLESSED to stay at @GKTWVillage when my daughter had her @MakeAWish trip to Orlando. It is a magical place run by volunteers to spoil children and families of children who have had difficult, medically challenging lives. It is always on our donation list and we hope to volunteer ourselves someday soon! So glad that Evelyn and the whole family are enjoying a much needed break.
