I guess I've always known this, but never really thought about this. That said, 'Goodfellas' has to be one of the top... if not THE top mob movie every. Scorsese is a master at his craft.
There's some delicious irony in the fact that for all the waves Tommy made, he was ultimately a complete nobody in the eyes of the mob. The only reason he got away with all the stuff he did was because the people he bullied around and killed were also complete nobodies. The moment he killed Billy Batts and made himself a nuisance to the mob, they disposed of him with all the effort of swatting a fly with a roll of newspaper. The movie made him out to be the last guy you'd ever wanna cross paths with and in reality he was just a small-time thug and a violent bully with an extremely fragile ego. Gotta love the irony.

By fudging the data, when the data is pulled and analyzed in the aggregate, you won't see the truth. Then people can present a lie as truth and point to the data to support their lie. Even with their data manipulation, the data is still damning. Imagine how bad it REALLY is.
I have dug through over 7,000+ arrest records in the state of North Carolina over the past 2 weeks.
What I found was so shocking, I had a hard time believing it myself...
It appears major fraud is taking place in arrest records where Black offenders are labelled White.
I didn't come across this once or twice.
It appears that a few HUNDRED Black offenders are being labelled as White.
The option to pick "BLACK" exists and is used frequently in arrest records...
...but it seems they are purposely choosing the label of "WHITE AFRICAN" or "WHITE CAUCASIAN" to identify someone who is clearly a "BLACK" person.
This is massive fraud.
