300 people, three days, four venues spread around Boulder, Colorado. One shared memory: a Bonfire At ETHBoulder @ethereumboulder, hosted by the Regen Hub, Bonfires ran as an agentic concierge: a simple agent on Telegram, integrated with the ETHBoulder app, helping attendees self-guide around the venues and find the talks and events they wanted. Attendees were encouraged to record sessions, ask questions, share their thoughts or concerns, basically anything with the agent. It was also listening to the group chat. Every interaction was collated into a shared context graph, allowing for collective sensemaking across space and time in those three days. The two-way street: organisers could understand the experience of attendees more deeply, giving them a reliable point of truth when assessing outcomes and producing materials afterwards. The highlight was the Vibeathon. AG, one of the organisers, created Bonfires Forge: an agent that periodically scraped the shared graph and extracted potential projects from the context. Each was displayed with a product spec, ready for the Vibe Coders at the hackathon to immediately point their agents at and build. The conference generated its own hackathon brief, from its own conversations.
