Thank you to everyone for supporting HAC Director @Rehiana1980 who was at the Old Bailey today.
Dr Ali said that "once again a judge was refusing to follow case law - Menon being pertinent here. Incidentally that case involved Justice Cheema-Grubb herself - the Court of Appeal overuled her decision to refuse a stay.
The CoA said that any jurisdictional challenge should be dealt with first. My judicial review of the Westminster sending decision is live as is the s111 challenge where we have asked DJ Goozee to state his case. Judges don't know the law."
The preliminary hearing was objected to by Dr Ali who said she "was being persecuted by the Jewish lobby" and that the Judge should have held the proceedings.
Dr Ali faces the IOT panel of the MPTS again next week who are using the pretext of these "charges" to resuspend her.

I made a rule 12 complaint to the GMC about an infamous pro Israel doctor who has had hundreds of complaints about her social media behaviour. The complaint was made in March. I periodically receive emails to tell me the GMC is "very busy" and don't have a registrar to look in to the complaint. This does not seem to be an issue for them if they seek to harass and incriminate doctors who are have anti-Zionist views. I am very concerned that this stark difference in management is racially motivated.
This raises a lot of questions about fairness in @gmcuk. The GMC needs to come clean.

It is clear that the @gmcuk has a dedicated unit to respond directly to the concerns & designs of the Jewish lobby & is thus utterly compromised & unfit for purpose - I wouldn't be surprised if, like most political parties, it had it's very own "Friends of Israel" staff group.

‼️This is a 22min clip of my conversation with a GMC Assistant Registrar on 19 June 2026. ‼️
It was incredibly concerning.
This was after yet another complaint was sent to me to "respond to". All the while my 191-page response was on hold. The complainant? No other than "professor" Lightstone of @imperialcollege - yes that woman who put a target on the back of every doctor and journalist in Gaza.
I learnt that the process has been changed.
Usually complaints are triaged and are randomly assigned. If they meet the "threshold", the Assistant Registrar (AR) will draft you the letter and put the allegations to you (that's the Rule 7 letter) and then that goes to the Case Examiner who decides if there's action (MPTS tribunal), warning or no action.
It seems complaints about some of us are being sent directly to a "special team" which also involves GMC Legal.
Recall that on 9 September, we discovered that Ben Hartley who was on my IOT - and had been presented as merely the "instructing solicitor" - was actually the GMC's Principal Legal Adviser. He is a @UKLabour Councillor in Trafford and counts some of the jewish lobbies who are attacking me as his "friends".
The GMC refused to say if he had any involvement in my case and the "independent" @the_mpts panel (led by the - allegedly legally qualified - Chair Cecil Rostant, Registrant Tribunal Member Dr Pavan Rao and Tribunal Member Sarah McAnulty) refused to clarify his role. It was a shambles all round.
Lightstone knew about such a "team" because she directed her complaint to "the team dealing with NHS doctors propagating jew hatred".
And yes there appears a "team" or a "group" of people dealing with "anti-semitism"
Listen to the AR initially try to deflect - and then concede and then not provide any information about when this was set up, who's involved and whether it's only Jews who get their own "special team". She references the legal advisers...

I fundamentally disagree with the notion that people ( there are quite a number) can join the Lords, disappear full time into the private sector and then rejoin the Lords as voting members. It’s one or the other .

We have to congratulate the video-maker - having watched CAA's "documentary" (that term is generous), we found it wholly unsubstantiated. In fact, it was more evidence thin (we didn't think that was possible) than even the Mann review and our views on that are well documented.
Healthcare workers are being targeted for opposing a Genocide - only HAC is taking on the GMC and DHSC.

But we suspect not. It'll be the usual hyperbole and unevidenced claims to justify the attacks on healthcare workers - including our members - who hold decent, moral and humanitarian beliefs.

Particularly since even flags appeared to brought some people out in a rash (allegedly).
Who started the conversation? Do these jewish doctors think others aren't entitled to their views?

Could that be because it pays better? Or is the assertion that only NHS workers are "racist"? But didn't they claim all British people were "anti-semitic"...so how would they have patients? And what about the staff in private hospitals? Questions questions...

We're rather surprised by this - the @gmcuk gives jewish doctors a free pass - nothing happened to Lightstone and any doctors who went to join the IOF. As far as we know, Staveley who replied "not enough" when asked how many Palestinian babies he had sniped, still has a license.
Compare and contrast that to anti-genocide doctors who've been reported, investigated and sanctioned @Rehiana1980 @EllenKriesels @doctorasadkhan @NadimHCr @Rango1917 @GhassanAbuSitt1 by either their Trusts or the GMC.
But of course, this is a convenient way to bypass providing anything called EVIDENCE.
