This is an utterly bizarre tweet from Galloway. The Russian government does not say that Russia is a "white" country, because its not. The Russian government goes out of its way to emphasise that the Russian nationality covers a whole range of ethnicities from European Russia all the way to Siberia and Asian Russia.
