While tonight wasn’t the result we were hoping for, I’m incredibly proud of the campaign we built and thankful for the hundreds of thousands of Georgians who put their trust in me.  To every Georgian who supported us, attended a campaign stop, donated their time and money, or cast their vote for me at the ballot box – I want to thank you.  Since Day 1, this campaign was never about me. It was about the people of Georgia and the leadership they deserve in the U.S. Senate.  For the past 11 months, I’ve driven my truck to every corner of this state. And the one thing I hear over and over again is how Congress is not working for the people the way it should.  Too often, politicians go up to Washington and forget who they were elected to serve. They get rich, chase headlines, and get nothing done for the people. It’s not right, and it doesn’t stop until we start sending different kinds of leaders up to Washington who are in it for the right reasons – and that’s to serve.  While tonight didn’t go our way, I want you to know that I’ll continue to be in this fight. No matter who you voted for or what you believe, one thing we all can agree on is Jon Ossoff does not represent our Georgia values. In November, we’re sending him to the bench! It’s been the honor of a lifetime. Thank you.  Georgia First. Always.  Derek Dooley

I’m not in this race to get rich, chase headlines, or become a celebrity on cable news. I’m running to end the careerism, corruption, and inaction from typical D.C. politicians like Jon Ossoff. In the U.S. Senate, I’ll always put YOU first. Get out the vote!

I have great respect for President Trump and look forward to working with him in the Senate. As I’ve campaigned across this state, it’s clear Georgians want a political outsider who can actually beat Jon Ossoff, and someone who is committed to ending the careerism, corruption, and inaction from typical D.C. politicians like Mike Collins. I’m proud to have the strong support of Governor Brian Kemp, and we’re going to win on Tuesday because as I have said from the beginning the most important endorsement is that of the Georgia people. A vote for Mike Collins is a vote for Jon Ossoff—but a vote for me is a vote for the people of Georgia.

🚨 Mike Collins confronted by voter over the controversies surrounding his staff. Collins says he’s "extremely proud" of his team. His explanation for them? "When people fall short of expectations, I've taken the action against that, and taken care of that. It's done."

.@DerekDooleyGA: Mike Collins is "a typical politician from D.C. He's under an ethics violation for abusing taxpayer money, and I'm a political outsider. I spent 28 years as a football coach, and the difference is I'm going up there for the right reasons."

Imagine being so desperate to hold on to power that you’ve resorted to lying about endorsements. Do better, Mike.

I will never support a pathway to citizenship for those who came here illegally. Period. Joe Biden and Jon Ossoff let millions of illegal immigrants into our country and nearly drove us off a cliff. I'm thankful President Trump is keeping America safe by using executive action to secure the border, deport criminal illegal aliens, and discourage illegal immigration. But it's time for Congress to do its damn job. Members of Congress should spend less time on TV and social media, and more time cementing President Trump's actions into law.
