There isn’t a Department of War propaganda campaign from the gates of hell that can undo what I am reading. It’s over for Turning Point USA. The most damning part? They refused to participate in the independent review while publicly lying about what took place. They lied repeatedly and publicly. I am thoroughly disgusted with Erika Kirk. 📢🚨 New independent UVU After-Action Report on the Charlie Kirk assassination (158 pages). Investigators say no UVU employee acted in bad faith. They do say security existed on paper but was not run as a tight, documented plan when it counted‼️ 🚨Biggest takeaways‼️ • Policies were there. Implementation was not. No written Event Action Plan for a high-profile outdoor political event with protests, private security, uncertain crowd size and easy elevated vantage points. • UVU let TPUSA drive key security calls — outdoor Fountain Courtyard and TPUSA’s own ticketing — even though the report says UVU should have kept control of venue, tickets, access and crowd numbers. • Line-of-sight / rooftop risk was not formally assessed. No documented elevated-position review. A planned 11am face-to-face between Police Chief Long and TPUSA security on the Hall of Flags walkway never happened. • After the shot: no immediate campus alert from the Incident Commander. Later alerts were late, mixed and used confusing “secure-in-place” language. • Lots of cameras. Useful after the fact. Nobody was assigned to watch relevant feeds live, including rooftops and restricted areas. • UVU had social-listening tools, not a real subject-focused intel/OSINT capability for a specific person of concern. • Orem PD, UHP, FBI and others responded well. The gap was before the event: extra officers, tactical support and drone/aerial cover were not built into the plan. • UVUPD: 13 sworn officers, too few for a campus this size. Police chief sits too low in the org chart. Report wants a senior campus-safety boss and a proper staffing/pay review. • TPUSA security and local organisers did not sit for interviews with the review team. Short version: not “no system.” A system that was not integrated, documented or executed for an outdoor high-profile speaker with private security and open rooftops. And perhaps one of the most important points: The investigators explicitly said they found no evidence that any UVU employee or agent acted in bad faith or with willful and wanton disregard for safety. But they also identified multiple actions, omissions and institutional practices that need serious attention. In short: the report doesn’t describe UVU as having no security system. Oh look, that's the security team setting up around 9:19am. Remember, the security detail had never seen this venue until that fatal Day. They had less than a 3hr window to perform a proper risk assessment and the decisions made from this moment on cost Charlie his life. The one thing I don't see is any coordination with local law enforcement. Who told Brian he couldn't fly his drone? They didn't even adjust to the overcrowding that happened after approx 11am. They had no way to ensure the safety of Charlie in that venue and with their apparent level of training they failed miserably to identify the risks or they are complicit in his murder.

Here's the rest of the video I have showing them setting up and unpacking the AV van starting around 9:20am. Charlie Kirk is about to land at SLC and Blake Neff is about to go AWOL for 2 hours and lose his memory. It's also the same time the "Hades" style jet does it's first pass and drops from 40000ft to circle around the lake at near stall speed. The second pass was just after Charlie arrived in the hospital. There are no coincidences!!

This is the SECOND channel YouTube has removed from me this way. I was in the middle of producing Season 2. Years of documentaries, journalism, and original work disappeared overnight, along with my monetization, revenue, and a business I spent years building. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for a real human review, the specific content YouTube claims violated its policies, and a legitimate opportunity to appeal.
