Trying to incorporate a daily walk with no podcast or phone on me. A little bit of daily prayer and just letting my mind wander.

dude on a similar boat. My 2yr old gave me whatever he brought home from daycare. He's getting better but I can't stop coughing and its worse at night. I'm exhausted and just want to sleep for 3 days straight.
