This from Dennis is particularly brilliant. He was asked a leading question about how much conversion therapy is out there, and he turned it incredibly effectively to the post-modern "conversion therapy" that is gender medicine. There is definitely a lot of "reparative therapy" out there - and it's done by the gender clinicians who put gay teenagers on the path to chemical and/or physical castration. The framing the question suggested was that this bill is addressing a serious, existing harm, albeit perhaps the bill needs some safeguards to stop overreach. Dennis moved back onto his own framing, showing that there is a genuine, serious problem with conversion therapy, but it's not where the panel committee think it is, and this bill will make it worse.

Amy Acton's stepfather's surviving biological daughter spoke to The Daily Mail when they knocked on her door in Ohio, while sobbing.
She said: She believed Amy's story, because her father raped her sister more than once (the victim in this 1974 indictment); she remembered Amy lived in a tent with Donna and Cledith; it's been terrible for her family to see Vivek's ad run in Ohio; and she heard rumors her father had victimized even more young girls.
NEW: I obtained the full Trumbull County file for Amy Acton's stepfather's 1974 charge which shows that he was indicted for incest involving his 16-year-old biological daughter in 1973. The sheriff was then unable to locate him to serve him a summons in the county and nothing further happened in the case.
Donna Arthur, featured in Vivek Ramaswamy's still-running campaign ad, married Cledith the next year in a neighboring county.

What’s so interesting about the Acton/Ramasawmy ad episode, is that I have not seen a single attempt from the Ramasawmy team to prove Acton is lying. It is deemed obvious that she is liar, because she was a girl child, and girl children lie about being raped.

It’s interesting to see feminism framed as “women having standards at all.” It must be disappointing to find out that Christianity isn’t actually a vehicle for resentful, bitter men’s grievance politics. You could try Islam or paganism I guess.
The Christian feminists are seething right now. They don't even understand the point of the post.
This woman is 36. Her and the other one have done several podcasts about Christian relationships and what they expect in a Christian man to be a husband.
In reality, none of that matters. All that matters is if you're really attractive. THEN they'll go on a date with you.
It's why so many people laugh at the dating market today because most of it is purely just secular. Christian dating is wrapped in a prettier bow.
At no point did I say they have to marry someone they aren't attracted to. But to them, they're seeking Chad.

Right wing woman influencers seem to have adopted the early liberal feminist line, historically hated by the right, that “women can have it all.” It’s a much more feminist line than I would guess the average apolitical woman would have. Interesting development!
The biggest lie sold to women is that kids interfere with career goals.
