This info might be a bit out of date but this could help people get around this. If you can still get vpns(probably not cause it's a shithole) try this -Get a vpn that actually works and set it to a non shithole country (argentina if you want cheap games) -Create an account using info from the country(if your vpn doesn't work it won't let you make an account) -IMPORTANT Once you made your account, log out, disconnect from the vpn and log in without it. Steam will default to show you the store of the country your account was made from. If everything works check if you get that jewish warning, it wouldn't show unless you made an account for a country that has that bs, like New Pakistan(UK) or doesn't work(I did this some years ago that's why I said out of date) -Buy a steam card from eneba or any other site that sells them for the country you made the account (some countries don't work so look into it before buying) of like 10 bucks and activate for the account you made. It will remove the blocks they have for new accounts -Once the blocks are gone befriend your other account, remember your passwords because you will be flipping between accounts. -Thanks to new steam rules you can now gift steam cards through steam. It will convert the money for the country of the new account and you will be able to buy them without having to comply to jewish bullshit (assuming it works of course) Lastly if you want to play them you will need to log into the account. Before, you could have family sharing with people of other countries so you wouldn't need to log in but now it's restricted to the same region. That's the downside of this, only if you care about achievements. Good luck.
