They didn't have the forms for prescriptions for hospital pharmacy

Thank goodness ! I hope you feel loads better soon 🫂 Unbelievable that they couldn't fill the Px in the hosp Wales, at least, used to have hospital pharmacies 🙄

Oh no. I am so sorry that you just get over one hurdle and something else.. some call it life. I just think what is happening around us and the world and the extra hurdles to get some help has an effect on our coping strategies.
