Maybe if they weren't so busy dealing with migrants they'd have time to attend to British taxpaying patients. Just a thought.

The problem is that medical interventions are skyrocketing. These take more resources (money & staff & hospitals). Community services have been decimated. Most of the interventions are unnecessary. At the same time, mortality is increasing. We need to reverse the last decade.
