Rubio's remarks to press yesterday on Sudan, and his immediate focus on the foreign states fueling the conflict (who he refuses to name) actually show a fairly large split from Massad Boulos whose focus is now almost exclusively on the parties themselves and the SAF in particular. I dont read that as complementary view, but as a disconnect between the two.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned that the war in Sudan will not end until external actors stop fueling the conflict and pressure their proxies to honour peace commitments.

I disagree with this decision. First, this should have been a G20 decision and not a unilateral one. Secondly, Putin deserves to be treated like dictator tyrant, war crimes pariah that he is. He’s a disgusting repulsive leader that hates America and the free world.
