A 25-YEAR-OLD IS MAKING $57,000 A MONTH MAKING KIDS’ CARTOONS
She doesn't animate, doesn't draw, and doesn't have a team. She's running the whole thing solo from her bedroom.
In a video to her audience, she claims anyone could be living a Lamborghini lifestyle doing what she does: YouTube automation. Her niche of choice is children's content, because it racks up millions of views and, in her words, needs almost no original creative input.
Instead of a creative team, she uses an AI tool called Swagga. Her process: find a kids' video that's already going viral, copy its transcript, and paste it into Swagga with one instruction; "make me a prompt for a similar video." The AI analyzes the viral clip and generates a detailed prompt to recreate something similar. She takes that prompt, runs it through a video generator (using the Sora model within Swagga), and hits generate.
Three minutes later: a fully rendered, toddler-ready 3D animated video, no writing, no animating, just a transcript and a few clicks. From there it goes out on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, the algorithms do their thing, and the ad revenue follows.
A traditional animation studio might spend months and serious money on a single episode. Her version costs three minutes and nothing.
It's a good illustration of a broader shift: where the old creator economy prized talent, this newer model prizes leverage, tools and systems that multiply output without multiplying effort.
Most people will scroll past this and assume it's overhyped. A handful will actually look into the tool.
