This campaign is about rejecting the political establishment that isn’t delivering for Angelenos. I'm running for Mayor to make our government work for people, not corporations and powerful interests.

Angelenos have lost faith in the capacity of the city to spend their tax dollars wisely. To restore the public’s trust, we must reduce liability expenses, audit homelessness spending, repair broken infrastructure, and deliver on basic city services. We also need to bring back business investment. In 2019, DTLA was responsible for 40% of LA’s hotel, sales, and business taxes, despite being only 1.4% of the city’s land area. Six years later, 1/3 of DTLA office space is vacant. We must invest in making DTLA safe, clean and vibrant so that businesses invest again.
