GenM friends, here's another episode of Understanding Genlayer with me. In this Episode, I explored Making Genlayer secure part 2, I looked at the part one in my last episode. Today, we'll looking at the 5 types of tests explored in the Making Genlayer 100% secure part two. 1. Example-based-Tests-: This is a test humans write down in advance with a specific example. For example when you put 2+2, you expect the answer to be 4. There are 3 components of the example based test; they are: I. Solidity tests: to check their smart contracts II. Go-tests: to check their validator nodes III. Executor teats: to check GenVM 2. End- to-end runs of the whole stack: In this test, you run the real thing exactly like it'll run in production, using a real chain: real contract, real validator nodes and real GenVN, hence, eliminating the limitations of the example based which does mock test. 3. Conformance and stimulation testing: The idea behind this is to stop relying on human imagination by introducing a recipe. What's the recipe? Take one real component and put a fake world around it, and hit it with thousands of random but valid scenarios. 4. Mutation Gate: The big question is what, if my code is broken, will my testa actually shout? Many tests suite are green forever, but they are useless- they would stay Green forever even if the code is broken. 5. Formal Models: The major problem with other layer is that they can only find a bug, they can never stay that there is no bug. Formal models fix that. In summary layer 1-4 try to find holes and fail. Layer 5 is the only one that can prove holes doesn't exist. Watch the video for a full breakdown of each layer and their limitations as well. GenM @GenLayer @RuzgarFlns

GenM friends, here's another episode of Understanding Genlayer with me. On this episode, I explored how to stay positioned on Genlayer because it's never too late. However you can stay positioned either as a builder or as a community member, but in this episode I focused on staying positioned as a community member on the Genlayer Portal and also on the Genlayer Discord. @GenLayer @RuzgarFlns

Had a proper convo with Mochi today and something finally clicked for me. Started with “what’s GenVM?” Turns out most blockchains live in a sealed box. GenVM cracks that box open. It keeps the trust, but adds the ability to read the web and reason with AI. I followed up: “Can GenLayer exist without it?” “No,” Mochi said. “You’d lose the judgment part.” That’s when it hit me, this is how you build a “court for the internet”. Contracts that can actually think. @GenLayer

Most hackathon projects die the moment the hackathon ends. Mainnet is drawing close on @GenLayer So if you're building in the Agent Tank Hackathon, don't settle only for the demo. Look into what happens after. A working prototype is the entry point. The bigger questions are: b 1. Can you turn it into something people actually use? 2. Who needs it? 3. Where do those users come from? 4. Why would they care? How do you get more users? And what makes them stay? That’s the difference between shipping a project and building a startup. You have 2 weeks. Use them to: → Build → Get it in front of people → Listen → Iterate → Find traction Because traction tells a stronger story than polish. A beautiful demo with zero users is still just a demo. The video below is your full guide on how to get started, not it's time to build on @GenLayer @GenLayer @RuzgarFlns

Builders, It’s Time to Think Beyond Building The agent tank Hackathon by @GenLayer isn't just another Hackathon where builders just come and go. According to @raskovsky in the previous Livestream, the Hackathon is also an avenue for builders to harness their distribution skills. It's building building, it spans towards connecting with other builders on Genlayer and other builders from other chains that'll be joining the Hackathon as well. Also, there'll be need to connect with community members so as to get them to help test what you've built. Hence, you'll not just building, you're connecting with other builders and also community members so as to aid distribution. Remember, it's not about building, but getting real users for your product.
Agent Tank Hackathon opens today at 15:30 UTC. The hour before, @raskovsky and @joaquinbressan will be live at 14.30 UTC on the six prompts and how 5% of all GenLayer Points gets split across everyone who ships. Set reminder 👇 x.com/i/broadcasts/1wxWjlvrd…

Do you know that You don’t have to be building on GenLayer to build with GenLayer? 👀 What do I mean? Builders from other chains can hop in and explore what’s possible for the agentic economy through the Agent Tank Hackathon. @GenLayer isn’t trying to be just another chain. During the Agent Tank Hackathon livestream, @raskovsky explained how GenLayer can serve as an intelligence, decision-making, and adjudication layer that builders can leverage. @joaquinbressan then broke down the different directions builders can explore through the hackathon. So whether you’re already building on GenLayer or coming from another ecosystem, there’s room for you to experiment, build, and push the boundaries of what agents can do. You have less than 12 days left to build use the link below to get started: portal.genlayer.foundation/a…

A brilliant question was asked by one of the builders which reads: "The contract already works well with E-machines, are there any plans for a future upgrade that'll allow contracts to natively process other media format such as Gifs, Videos and audios?" @raskovsky gave a clear response we should pay attention to, watch clip below to get full details. @raskovsky @joaquinbressan

One interesting part of this Livestream that caught my attention was a brilliant question from @raskovsky He asked: " If you have one thing for builders listening today to go an try out, which will it be?" And the response that followed is something most builders building on @GenLayer don't pay much attention to which @liutenkos drew our attention to. What the clip below to get the full conversation. AI Agents Aren’t Humans. So Why Are We Building Marketplaces Like They Are? In this episode, @joaquinbressan stated that one of the most promising startups is the agentic marketplace but it's not explored in the right way. He further stated that the major mistake people make with an agentic marketplace is that they see the agents as humans hence creating an agentic marketplace like it's for humans. @raskovsky @joaquinbressan

Builders, shipping isn't enough. @raskovsky made a comment about builders and startups and it really stood out for me. He stated that one of the biggest mistakes startups make is thinking the job ends when the product is built. When the harder question is: How do you actually get people to use it? Builders need to think beyond the product. 𝖥𝖾𝖺𝗍𝗎𝗋𝗂𝗇𝗀 @EdgarsNemse @raskovsky @liutenkos F𝗋𝗈𝗆 @GenLayer @courtofinternet @Yellow

PLOT-TWIST: THE FRIEND WHO DISAPPEARED IS BACK WITH SNACKS AND AN APOLOGY. I understand that not all friendship last forever but there are some you don't let down the drain just like that. This is me coming out to apologize to my dearest friend for the long silence. It has been five years now, and I think it's time we quashed what ever made us went silent and get back to being best of friends that has been through thick and thin and the darkest days we never imagine to survive. An apology without a clear reason for my action won't be reasonable so here's me sharing while I went silent. In 2020, we were miles apart as a result of the nationwide lockdown, and that was one of my darkest moments. I went through hell and my only mistake was not opening up. Firstly, I was robbed by a gang of robbers and my phone was taken from me. It was a really sour experience for me because I couldn't access the Internet and that was one of the reasons I couldn't reach out. And the time I finally reached out, you were griefing, and I understand what it means to lose one of your parents as I have been in your shoes too so I understand that you couldn't show up for me, and I couldn't as well. I'm writing an apology because I cherish our friendship and I honestly miss every single part of our friendship. I hope you reach out to me my dearest friend, Everlyn. @RallyOnChain

One quick question what makes @AnichessGame different? Is it just the spells or token model? Well, I guess it's the idea behind it that's the major driving force. I've asked myself a couple of times what the brain behind Anichess was thinking about coming up with such a unique idea. It's far more than a masterpiece! Probably the brain behind Anichess got tired of the regular rules of the game, or tired of trying to figure what next possible move the opponent will make to break his defense. Probably Anichess was just a way of getting to think outside the piece. On the board, Anichess is making everyone a magician, your pieces are your powers and you have to tap into them to manipulate your opponents. But the balance there is that your opponent is a magician as well, he has almost the same power as you, now it's a game of who knows how best to cast a spell. Anichess is more than just game, it's a battlefield of magicians. gCheck Anichess

A friend asked me how I'll explain @bitdealernet to a 10-year-old, and here's my explanation. Most meme coins are like balloons at a party. They look fun, everyone gets excited, but after a while "pop!" they disappear. No one remembers them. @bitdealernet is different. Think of Bitdealer like a toy vending machine, but instead of just giving out a sticker or candy, each coin it gives comes with a cool digital toy inside, something you can actually use in an online game. And guess what? This vending machine is placed right in the middle of the busiest arcade (with help from big names like Meteora and Jupiter), so everyone sees it and wants to use it. Each coin from Bitdealer also comes with a special "power coin" called $BIT. It’s like a magic token that lets you: - Vote on what new toys should come next - Get rewards if you invite friends - Help run the vending machine and earn more magic tokens And instead of keeping secrets, Bitdealer has a clear scoreboard on the wall, Everyone can see how many coins went in, who used them, and how rewards are shared. It’s all open and fair. @bitdealernet is coming
Today, a friend asked how I'll explain @bitdealernet to a web3 noob And I was able to come up with this: You know how some people make joke coins online, like Dogecoin or Shiba Inu? They get really popular for a little while, but then most of them just disappear because they don’t actually do anything. @bitdealernet is here to fix that. It’s like a special factory that makes fun, new internet coins, but each one comes with something real attached to it, like a digital item from a game. That makes the coins more valuable and gives people a reason to keep using them, not just buy them and forget. And @bitdealernet won't do it alone, @bitdealernet teamed up with big companies (like Meteora and Jupiter, kind of like the Google and Amazon of Web3), so any coin we launch can be used and traded right away in all the most popular apps. Each coin gets: - Real value (not just hype) - A way for people to trade it easily - Rewards for people who help support the system @bitdealernet also have their own special coin called $BIT. It’s kind of like the ticket that lets you: - Vote on important things - Earn rewards - Use different features on the Bitdealer platform And they're building their own version of a mini internet — just for Bitdealer — where everything is fair, open, and people get rewarded for helping out. $BIT IS COMING
