Funny how you can stumble into the right space at the right time. 💚 I found @HoodStreetCap on August 9th. I remember the exact date because I’d just gotten back from vacation after basically checking out and touching grass for a whole month. 😂 I came back to CT and was tired of sitting in the same Spaces hearing the same conversations and the same complaining 🤔. So one day I was just scrolling through Spaces, saw HoodStreet and thought, “Let me jump in and see what all this Robinhood stuff is about.” Well… I jumped in and basically never left. 😂 I listened. I liked the vibe. I stayed. That same day I minted and subbed to Brady — formerly known as Brady, now apparently known as @RoaringPiggy. 😂🐷🤝 I don’t come up and speak a lot in the Spaces, but I’m there. I engage. I have a full life and a full-time job, but I still try to show up every day and do all the damn things. 😂 And somewhere along the way, it became more than just another Space. I’ve met some genuinely amazing people here. I’ve been burned in Web3 before, so for a long time I kept people at arm’s length. I was always waiting for the “what do you want from me?” part. That feeling has slowly disappeared. For once, it doesn’t feel like everyone is trying to extract something from you. People support each other, show up for each other, and that makes it really easy to want to pay that same energy forward. It’s only been since August 9th, which is kind of crazy when I think about it. 😂 But it’s been an absolute pleasure becoming part of the @CCFF00club / HoodStreet community. 💚🤝 Sometimes you just click on the right Space… and apparently never leave. 😂🐷
