Look inside
Based in Europe
So many people with some money or some superficial achievement in the material world think they are on top of their world while they have not even begun yet: they think that: travelling, having lots of toys, material things, making clever logic arguments, having a large network, means something. But they have zero idea, literally zero idea who is living their life nor the subtle forces that push their sense of self around energy, consciousness, intuition, feeling, turning inside, that is where real maturity is grown and true wealth/life experience is found we see it with countless influencers or famous people and rich people: only outside never inside and also with all other non famous or non wealthypeople: only outside never inside in short, one can see it in everyone so again, feel free to go against 99% of the human herd, you might actually learn something useful

I know i have recommended them too often, but if you ever read a trilogy of books, this is so recommended. It will seriously disturb your world and make you reconsider and question everything. I do not know any other books that have triggered so many people to leave it all and really turn inside for a long time on their own with a true break-through in the end

Reflection on my predictions: Main prediction i did was here: nitter.net/Innerdevcrypto/status/… Other predictions: see images below - Was my prediction on price bottom wrong? Yes. Thought that around 56k would be the bottom, and where i would start deploying the 50% i sold at 100k. We went to 58k and i did not deploy there. Still not a bad prediction of course - Was my prediction on price bottom date wise wrong? Yes. Thought that october bottom would be in based on previous patterns, but we are earlier this cycle obviously If you look at the rsi and stock rsi on the monthly, we did not get the typical blow-off top pattern in 2025 as in 2017 and 2021, but we did get the same rounding bottom pattern in 2026 again as in 2018 and 2022 The top to bottom pattern: 364 days, bottom to bottom around 1430 days, were also early this time. 267 days and 1317 days 4 year cycle still alive in my humble opinion, but this time definitely a very early bottom, assuming 58k is the bottom but i do assume that Lesson for next time: maybe dca more btc closer to prediction price instead of waiting on 1 fixed number. But honestly, predicting the perfect bottom is not that important. As we have seen with hype, zec, and many other coins, just being in one good alt with some size results in way more gains than holding bitcoin. Also paying attention to short term trades just the last 24 hours for example can be insanely profitable Just wanted to share that there is nothing wrong with admitting one is wrong. I was close, for sure, but the cycle did bottom early, that is a simple fact All shared in the link and images underneath for transparency, clarity, honesty
Will for once share some TA, targets, and tools i use for long term trends in bitcoin + a prediction (long post) This post will contain various graphs, images, etc, all to give a long term view and perspective, probably important with the state this crypto-space is in Let´s emphasize various traders (better than me), taught me some of this stuff, so thanks to them I have always said i can be wrong on anything, and nothing always repeats, so do not go all emotional and crazy, just sharing this to give perspective. Thank you So let´s begin

People i truly enjoy working with are farmers: down to earth, hard-working, understand nature, know when to work even harder when needed (during harvest season), value the core of a family, are generally conservative but joyful in life, fit and physically active, appreciate an investment from someone who respects nature as well (like myself). Honestly it is a joy working with them, growing food with them, and producing something real. A nice break from the ¨unreal¨ fictive unproductive stuff we do in crypto. Kind of funny how i channel profits from crypto into farming and it keeps me down to earth Also, i give all of them this book, not because i expect them to become so close to nature as masanobu fukuoka, but just to show them that working with nature can be a huge benefit 👇

Not changed anything on this list, except that i moved some of the usdt & usdc you see from cold storage to exchange accounts in preparation of a bit more trading - All the rest still the same - I am not selling other assets to move back into crypto - On the contrary, the only reason i have these assets is by moving money out of crypto - So once the bull-market gets going, trading-profits will flow again into more assets outside of crypto which is the only way to secure gains and build resilience long term in my humble opinion

Felt a bit weak and sickly, probably some virus, so did an extra 3 day fast to recover fast, on top of the monthly 3 day fast i always do anyways. Always works One has to live in the ¨now¨, mainly cultivate one´s energy, and not care about the physical body obsessively, but one also has to make clear to the physical body who is in charge and that no weakness is accepted. Meditation creates the mental and energetic discipline, but fasting on top helps when the physical body is ill. Good read 👇

Added spacex to long term stock portfolio. One time buy, will not buy monthly after this. Stock down 50% from post-ipo ath peak, ok bottom structure formed and earning numbers were ok. First thought my caution to not buy the ipo was wrong after the post-ipo pump, but in the end my caution paid off and could now add 50% lower. This will be a very long term hold and something i can hopefully pass to my children one day, counting on the space-economy to become huge and spacex being the crucial part with starship to bring it all into orbit As with anything i share, think for yourself and make your own positions Portfolio now like this: 👇

Have shared often before that the book below on the left, ¨initiation into hermetics¨, by Franz Bardon, is very practical information to start training yourself into developing the subtle bodies and learning about the various planes (physical, mental, astral, spiritual). Book is so exceptional since it provides direct exercises and no blablabla. Can´t emphasize enough how important this book is for serious students of inner life System is easy to follow but it take a long time to learn the more advanced skills, have not even finished it all personally since some abilities take a very long time to learn On the bottom right, a book which is useful to elaborate some details of the original book, i found that useful as well

Some new chain from robinhood gets attention and the first thing people do on there or are excited about is trading memes 😏🤨🫢 Truly this space never learns from its past mistakes Fear next cycle will be even worse than the last one, this time will be like a battle for the scraps that are left while no new retail is interested at all in this gutter + influencers up their sh*tty tricks and scams since they learned from previous cycles, now pretending to be the saviors of the space since lying has become so normalized anyway. If a sewer smells like sh*t one should not be surprised obviously Sad state of this ¨industry¨ (whatever industry even means, it does not produce anything anyway) Not posting a lot recently since all day in the forest-garden eating fruit & berries. Obviously stay away from all the sh*tty influencers and memes, they will bring nothing but ruin if you have not learned your lessons yet. And if you don´t know how to trade, maybe dca some quality coins like bitcoin and hype from here until october At least met someone today in person who is serious about trading and about his inner development, always nice to meet people that get serious about their life, conversations are interesting and serious people are willing to focus on the issues that truly matter The crypto-space is mostly delusional, but luckily we all have a heart where we can find some truth and battle our own delusions, or as Ryokan would say 👇

Started planting my first forest garden 15 years ago, and now finally it has some nice size and trees and shrubs are giving good harvests Certain trees & shrubs take a long time to grow, for example the monkey puzzle tree takes 25 years before giving its first harvest. Other fruit-trees and shrubs produce faster, but still, the sooner you plant things while the younger you are, the more you and your kids can enjoy it. I always tell people: ¨when you get some land or a house, plant the trees and shrubs first¨ recommended books on forest gardening and permaculture 👇

Can just sit anywhere and be deeply content & in bliss In my humble opinion that is true wealth The only people better at this that i know are my recluse/monk friend who has been sitting in silence every morning for 6 hours for 50 years, my taoist master friend who does very long retreats on his own deep in the forest, and my reiki master friend who has the most impressive energy & healing skills i have ever seen. They have my utmost respect All three are financially poor and care zero about money but in my humble opinion they are by far the wealthiest people i know. Inner development is the ultimate journey and nothing is more important in a human life than figuring out what the ¨I¨ is (not), exactly as every sage has said throughout human history People think that me repeating the same thing ¨turn inside¨ is just boring or repetitive, but seriously, the only people i have ever met that i consider truly free of suffering or truly content have spend a lot of time turning their attention inside instead of on the outside like our entire human culture and civilization encourages all the time So....👇

One of the stupidest things a nation has ever done As some of you might know, and some might not, the Netherlands sits on one of the largest natural gas fields in the world in the northern part of the country. It provided the country with a stable secure energy supply for decades since its discovery in the 1950s, while we also exported a lot to pay for an extensive social security system The problem with this field was, that extracting the gas caused some minor earthquakes, nothing too serious, but that argument was used by climate-radicals, green left wing lunatics, activist judges and dumb politicians, to shut down that field after some complaints by the local population. Even worse, the government actually started pouring concrete in the wells and actively destroying the gas- installations As a result, energy-prices are much higher, the entire Dutch powergrid is overloaded since in cloudy the Netherlands wind & sun are not reliable enough, and entire city-centers are broken up to build something called ¨heat-nets¨, some kind of soviet idea to redistribute heat Now with the recent wars, the country and EU are wondering....¨where do we get our gas now that we are cut off from Russia....Qatar´s gas installations are damaged, and the USA under trump is not that reliable¨. Can you imagine? - As a nation, you are sitting on a massive gasfield with 100s of billions of $ still of natural gas, easily extractable with all infrastructure intact - You can run your whole country on that field for like another 30 years and export to the EU in existing gas-pipes - With exports you can build a Norway-like sovereign wealth fund that can last generations if well invested - The government can pay people affected by the earthquakes huge compensation, make them all rich, or build them all stronger homes. I mean, countless people live well in areas with minor earthquakes all over the world - On top there are scientists that say that the earthquakes can be diminished by injecting other liquids into the field - And all the infrastructure for it is build, literally every Dutch home has a gas connection - Meanwhile many nations are expanding their natural gas usage and production, so it is not as if using this field or not will make a difference in the whole climate-story, however it would make the difference for the Netherlands between being energy-poor or energy-rich, an unstable or stable electricity-supply, and with a well invested sovereign wealth fund, trillions of $ for future generations. But what does the Netherlands do? We destroy the installations and fill the wells with concrete 😆🤡🫣 Have you ever seen something this insane? That is how destructive the whole climate-change left wing lunatics crowd is in combination with visionless politicians that have zero clue of long term policy. And no...i am not saying climate change does not exist, and no, i am not against working with nature, i build huge forest gardens and eco-farms myself remember, but committing such horrendous economic and strategic mistakes for a country is just a crime really. I mean....we got fully build natural gas infrastructure and it is actively being destroyed.....simply utterly insane

If there is one thing which is truly the mental illness of our time, it is this insanity of everyone to be on their phones all the time. Literally everywhere you go nowadays one sees it. It is the exception to not see someone on their phone I am pretty strict on this in my personal life, if people want to have a conversation with me in person for help, fine, but if they grab their phone during the conversation to check stupid sh*t, i leave immediately. Meditation class? No phones allowed at all. Going to disconnect in nature, no phone. Retreat-cabin, no phone Of course phones are useful, but people spend way too much time on it + mostly mindlessly scrolling and consuming useless garbage. Saddest example is seeing entire families, at the beach, park, wherever, all glued to their screens Same at home. No worse example for one´s child in my opinion than children seeing their parents glued to their phones all day like mindless zombies. They ll think this behavior is normal and copy it, like we already see everywhere today

Personally found 3 days a month is good for me, that is 10% of the year. But each can discover that for oneself. Only disadvantage is that it is harder to sleep when fasting, due to increased adrenaline and cortisol, but the magnesium helps with that can recommend this book 👇

Of course my portfolio has massive fluctuations: stocks (some risky), metals, crypto, energy, even natural assets i have, all of it moving aggressively to either side. But the most important thing is, risk is spread out and overall everything together is doing ok. I came in crypto to make money, and preserve it, not waste it on eternal degenerate gambling and risk-taking. To give some examples: - suddenly google giving out more shares - even the price of meat for my bulls is going up a lot due to beef shortages in USA - hyperliquid hype temporarily over and seems many again did not take at least some profits. content i took 50% out at 60$ with a 50% gain. rest holding long term - space and certain tech stocks temporarily hammered - gold took a good dump too again Just saying, everyone´s portfolio goes through fluctuations, but the only way you will ever have a portfolio, is if you actually take profit sometimes and diversify into other assets, which again became painfully clear again now with ZEC and HYPE recently

How can honesty, integrity, transparency, be so absent in this crypto-space, and degeneracy so widespread? Yes, finance in itself is very toxic, tradfi obviously as well, there is a reason so many sages tell not to touch money. But still, crypto is just exceptionally degenerate. Maybe the combination of so many young men, the extreme volatility of this market, the glorification of superficial riches, and the ease with which one can create new scam-coins, no real regulatory oversight, makes it even worse than normal finance Still...the chickens always come home to roost And still.....the universe always settles its bills Karma is real, especially on a subtle level You lie, cheat, steal, rugpull, consequences will be there one day, and for most they are already there since many people doing this suffer a lot If you are just a normal person who did their best in crypto 👇

If you are interested in growing food and: - do not want to weed - do not want to spend more than couple of hours a week ´working´ in garden - want low maintenance & high yields/harvests - want chemical/pesticide free food - want to mainly relax and enjoy - have no idea how to begin How to build such a system: 👇 nitter.net/Innerdevcrypto/status/… Great books: 👇
How to build a permaculture/forest garden system (long tweet) Let´s go step by step into how to transform a field into a productive, easy to maintain, forest garden & permaculture system Yes, some of my tweets are long, but it is the only way to provide quality and detail Step 1: Read Read a lot on gardening, permaculture, forest gardens: my favourite books remain: - creating a forest garden, martin crawford - the one straw revolution, masanobu fukuoka - sepp holzer´s permaculture - secrets life of plants, or secrets of the soil More recommendations can be found on my website in the ´extended recommended reading list´ section. These books will give you a good idea how to build a forest garden/permaculture system with minimal work and allow nature to do most. Step 2: Land One can transform a little city garden into a productive vegetable garden, but in this post we´ll look at larger pieces of land, let´s say at least 1000m2 or more, preferably bigger. To buy that, one has to go a bit remote, and there is plenty of land to find if you are willing to do that, especially thanks to starlink one can now work or trade (as many of you do) from remote places. If you buy land with a forest, you have to remove that first (or leave the useful trees that produce something). Step 3: Get to know your land Often sit in your garden, observe where the wind is coming from, how does the light move through the garden, what kind of animals or birds come nearby or visit, become acquainted with your little piece of paradise. Observe where are spots with more nettles for example (high nitrogen places) and what weeds and plants grow where. Step 4: Fencing Keeps the wild animals out: prevents boars, foxes, deers, or any other wild animals, to destroy everything you plant. While you fence, which is a lot of work, let all the grass and plants on your land grow for an entire year, don´t cut it. A lot of land is depleted so let nature for 1 year do its thing. Make sure to dig in the fence a bit, or some barbed wire at the bottom of the fence, so wild boars don´t try to get in. Step 5: Minerals A lot of land is depleted, so during the first year, spread a nice amount of volcanic rock dust, azomite for example, or any other mixture of rock dust rich in minerals. After a year, cut the grass and plants, and just leave it. Step 6: Planting Use the creating a forest garden book, and make a forest garden design. Use your observations from sitting in the garden to get the planting right once you know how to light and wind moves through your system. Also combine it with the permaculture zoning system so you put your chickens, annual vegetable garden, woodshed, and anything you often visit close to your house (if your house is close or on the land). Make sure in your design you leave enough space between trees and shrubs, you want enough light to reach the lower layers. I can go into much more detail on this, but not writing a book here, so look into the books i recommended. Add mycelium substrate to the hole when planting trees and shrubs, improves their growth and the health of the overall system. Step 7: Organic matter and compost Do not remove organic matter from your garden. Leaves, grass, whatever you cut or falls from trees, just leave it. Before transforming the lower levels of your garden into perennial plants, you have to cut the grass for a couple of years, so you can just leave that grass. In the future ,any trees or branches you cut, you can just put them on a pile somewhere on the side of your property, many animals will love to have a little shelter place. If you do an annual vegetable garden as well, one can make compost, but personally i don´t do that. I use a no-ploughing system with mulch in my annual vegetable garden. I throw cut grass in my chicken coop, the chickens shit on it, move it around, and once a week it take it out, and put it on the annual vegetable garden between the plants. A mulching system is much easier than ploughing every year. Look into no-mulching annual vegetable gardens, enough books on that. Experiment, read, and learn. Step 8: Building phase to maintenance phase After a couple of years, trees and shrubs and the lower perennials layer gets bigger, so you can dedicate less time to watering your plants when it is dry (they are bigger now so roots go deeper), and most of the system is build up. Building a forest garden system takes time, but after a while you really start to know your garden, what is happening, how your plants are doing (if they are sick or growing well), and you get into the habit of trying out new things. The building phase slowly phase into the maintenance phase Step 9: Economics: To build such a system, you obviously need to do some investing in land and plants, so you either have your residence next to your land or on your land, or have a plot of land nearby (buying farm land is cheap, but if you live in a city for example instead of on your land, you have to go visit often of course). Once your piece of paradise is growing, you can even generate income from it: i build a little cabin on my plot of land, and rented it for years for 50 euro a day, which sustained me for years (when living alone) while building out the system. I even know people that allow people to camp on their land for a fee (many apps for that), or have a small caravan which they rent. Giving tours or selling some produce can create extra income too. It is not a lot, but we are not creating a multi-trillion company. Also, websites like helpx, wooof, or workaway, will allow you to receive volunteers. For many years i had young people visit my farm and they would work 20 hours a week in exchange for food and lodging. It is a great way for young people to discover the world cheaply, and learn useful things. Once my kids are bigger, i would definitely recommend them do that. Step 10: Energetics & inner work: Plants don´t have a soul, but they do have etheric energy, meaning one can feel the energy of plants doing certain energetic practices. Look into tree chi gong for example. It is an amazing practice. Do your inner practice in the garden when you can. This land is your paradise, you are the steward, and really feel what is going on with the plants and your garden. In time you will pick up intuitively if something is not going well. In time you will become aware of even more subtle forces working in nature Step 11: Enjoy A garden is never finished, there is always something to do, but be patient. This process take years, or decades, and is really an exercise in patience, enjoying the moment, and learning as much about nature as you learn about yourself. Allow yourself to ´be´ in the garden´, and not only work & do things. See how the forces of this planet and your intention can re-create and re-generate your little paradise I can honestly say, that without my garden, and a place to often disconnect from screen time, i would not have become such a good investor or trader or would have deepened my inner practice so much. The forest garden/permaculture system i build allows: - healthy food for my family - a place to disconnect - a retreat place for inner work - huge joy to go pick berries, fruits, harvest food, with the family - a beautiful spot to feel plants and breath fresh air - a space to receive guests or visitors and burnt-out crypto traders - in the past it also provided me income Nature is generous, and the forest garden/permaculture system has given me and my family a lot I also think it is a beautiful gift to to pass a fully build forest garden/permaculture eco-system to future generations, because certain plants and trees take long time to grow and become productive. This planet has nurtured us, created us, fed us, and we are part of it, stewards of it, so passing a love and curiosity for nature and growing food along to future generations and yourself is worth it. Good luck
